Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչները սպառնացել են ՄԱԿ-ի զեկուցողին

ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի ազատ հավաքվելու եւ միավորվելուազատության գծով հատուկ զեկուցող Մաինա Կիաին հայտարարել է, որ ՄԱԿ-ում Ադրբեջանի մշտական ներկայացուցչության երկու անդամ սպառնացել են իրեն:

Այս մասին Մաինա Կիաին հունիսի 16-ին հայտարարել է «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին տրված հարցազրույցում:

«ՄԱԿ-ում Ադրբեջանի մշտական ներկայացուցչության երկու անդամ երեկ մոտեցել են ինձ եւ ասել, որ եթե այսօրվամիջոցառման ժամանակ (նկատի ունի հունիսի 16-ին Ժնեւում ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի շտաբում, 29-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակում «Եվրոպական խաղերի ռեպրեսիվ երեսը< b>» թեմայով անցկացվող միջոցառումը)իրենց հետ նախապես չքննարկված հարցեր բարձրացնի, ապա Ադրբեջանը կվերանայի իր մանդատովհամագործակցությունը: Իմ այն հարցին, թե ինչ են նրանք ուզում, որ ես ասեմ իմ ելույթում, չպատասխանեցին:Նրանց հայտնեցին, որ իրենց այդ վարմունքն ընդունուÕ ´ եմ որպես սպառնալիք, եւ համագործակցությունը չպետքէ կախված լինի նման բաներից»,- նշել է Կիաին:

Մաինա Կիաին ասել է, որ ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության կողմից իրենից ինքնագրաքննություն պահանջելը «սխալ եւ ոչմասնագիտական գործողություն» է եւ Ադրբեջանը պետք է հասկանա, որ ՄԱԿ-ի անկախությունը գերագույն է:

«Համագործակցությունը պետք է երկկողմանի լինի: Սպառնալիքից օգտվելը սխալ է», - ընդգծել է նա:

Մաինա Կիաին հավելել է, որ Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցչական պատվիրակության անդամները հետո ներողություն են խնդրել իրենից` իրենց ընկերների նման պահվածքի համար:

«Ես ուզում եմ՝ նրանք հասկանան, որ ՄԱԿ-ի շրջանակում այդ գործերը նման կերպ չեն կատարվում»,- նշել է ՄԱԿ-ի հատուկ զեկուցողը:

Կիաին հավելել է, որ ՄԱԿ-ում Ադրբեջանը ներկայացնող պատվիրակությունը իրենց մեղադրում է Եվրոպական խաղերի հետ կապված՝ մարդու իկրավունքների հարցը բարձրացնելու միջոցով այն քաղաքականացնելու մեջ, ինչի հետ ինքը համաձայն չէ:

«Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը ոչ մի կապ չունի Եվրոպական խաղերի հետ: Մեր քննադատությունը կտրականապես քաղաքական չէ եւ ամբողջությամբ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության համար է: Եթե Ադրբեջանը որոշի փակվել եւ ավելի մեկուսանալ աշխարհից, դա տխուր ավարտ կունենա: Արդյունքում՝ հարվածը կդիպչի ադրբեջանական ժողովրդին: Դրա ականատեսը մենք եղանք Իրանում եւ նախկին կոմունիստական ռեժիմներում», -ընդգծել է Կիաին:
