Առաջին անգամ անգլերեն լեզվով լույս է տեսել Բաքվի 1988-1992թթ-ի ջարդերի մասին պատմող՝ Աննա Տերկոտ-Աստվածատուրյանի «Nowhere a story of exile» կամ ոչ պաշտոնական թարգմանությամբ՝ «Այլուրեք վտարում» գիրքը:
Այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հանրային կապերի կենտրոնի «Սովորական ցեղասպանություն» նախագծի ղեկավար Մարինա Գրիգորյանը նշեց, որ հեղինակի անունը հայտնի է դարձել մեկուկես տարի առաջ, երբ ԱՄՆ-ում լույս տեսավ այս գիրքը:
«Այս գիրքը գրված է 12-ամյա Աննայի օրագրի հիման վրա: Այն պատմում է Բաքվի հայության հալածանքների մասին, որի ականատեսն է ինքը եղել: Արդեն հասուն տարիքում Աննան գրել է այս գիրքը, որտեղ շարադրել է իր հիշողությունները: Այս պատմությունը թույլ է տալիս անվանել Աննային հայկական Աննա Ֆրանկ, ով մի հրեա աղջիկ էր և իր օրագրում ևս գրել էր հրեա ժողովրդի նկատմամբ կատարված հալածանքների մասին»,-ասաց նա:
Մարինա Գրիգորյանը նշեց, որ այս գրքի և ևս մի քանի պատմությունների հիման վրա «Սովորական ցեղասպանություն» նախագիծը կնկարահանի ֆիլմ, որը կպատմի Բաքվի հայերի հալածանքների մասին:
Մարինա Գրիգորյանը նաև ընդգծեց, որ Աննայի ու նրա ամուսնու շնորհիվ ԱՄՆ-ի Մեն նահանգը Արցախի անկախության մասին հռչակագիր ընդունեց:
Գրքի հեղինակ Աննա Տերկոտ-Աստվածատուրյանը պատմեց, որ 25 տարի առաջ հենց սեպտեմբերին իրենք ընտանիքով փախան Բաքվից ու հաստատվեցին Երևանում:
«Այդ տարիներին Երևանում շատ դժվար էր, ինչպես ձեզնից շատերը կհիշեն, դժվարություններն ավելի շեշտակի էին երկրաշարժի աղետից տուժածների ու փախստականների համար: Դժվարություններ էր կրում նաև Արցախի ժողովուրդը: Երկուսուկես տարի այստեղ դժվար ապրելուց հետո 1992-ի հունվարին տեղափոխվեցինք ԱՄՆ: Ունեինք 182 դոլար, չորս ճամպրուկ և ապաստանյալի կարգավիճակ: Բայց ես պահել էի իմ օրագիրը, և իմ խնդիրն էր՝ պահպանել այն, որպեսզի իմ երեխաները իմանային իրենց ընտանիքի պատմությունը»,-ասաց նա:
Աննա Տերկոտ-Աստվածատուրյանը նշեց, որ գիրքը գրել է 14-16 տարեկանում և հրապարակել միայն քսան տարի անց: Գիրքը նախատեսվում է թարգմանել նաև հայերեն ու ռուսերեն, իսկ հնարավորության դեպքում հետագայում նաև այլ լեզուներով:
