Թուրքիայի Մարդու իրավունքների կազմակերպության կենտրոնական գրասենյակից ահազանգել են, որ ծայրահեղական «Իրաքի և Լևանտի իսլամական պետության» զգալի թվով անդամներ անցել են թուրքական տարածք:

Մարդու իրավունքների կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչները թուրք-սիրիական սահմանին իրավիճակն ուսումնասիրելու նպատակով մեկնել են Աքչաքալեի սահմանային անցակետ, որտեղից էլ հետևել են իրադարձություններին: Նրանք արձանագրել են, որ հունիսի 6-ին 50 ԻԼԻՊ-ական անցել են սահմանն ու մուտք գործել Թուրքիայի տարածք:

Կազմակերպության անդամները հայտնել են նաև, որ հունիսի 3-16-ը Սիրիայի տարածքից Թուրքիա է մտել 23 հազար 250 սիրիացի փախստական:

ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով հանձնաժողովի տվյալներով` Սիրիայի ներսում իրավիճակի ապակայունացումից հետո սիրիացի փախստականների թիվը հասել է 3միլիոն 984 հազար 003-ի: Փախստականների զգալի մեծամասնությունը կենտրոնացած է հարևան երկրներում:

2015 թվականի հունիսի 15-ի տվյալներով` Թուրքիայում կա 1 միլիոն 772 հազար 535 փախստական, Լիբանանում` 1 միլիոն 174 հազար 690, Հորդանանում` 629 հազար 128, Իրաքում` 249 հազար 266, Եգիպտոսում` 134 հազար 329:
