 Սոցիալապես անապահով խավերի վրա էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման ազդեցությունը մեղմելու համար աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը նախապատրաստում է առաջարկներ, որոնք կներկայացնի կառավարության քննարկմանը:

Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը: «Մեզ համար առաջնահերթ խնդիրը սոցիալապես անապահով խավի համար էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման ազդեցության մեղմումն է: Եվ որպես առաջին քայլ դա է իրականացվելու: Գիտեք նաև, որ հուլիսի 1-ից ավելանալու է նվազագուն աշխատավարձի չափը: Այս երկու կարևորագույն միջոցառումների շրջանակներում մենք առաջին հերթին նախատեսում ենք լուծել սոցիալապես անապահով խավերի խնդիրները, ինչից հետո արդեն կկարողանանք տալ ազդեցության ամբողջական գնահատականը»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող միջոցառումները պետք է լինեն այնքան արդյունավետ, որպեսզի չեզոքացնեն էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման ազդեցությունը բնակչության կենսամակարդակի վրա: «Անցյալ տարի, օրինակ, երբ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը բարձրացավ, կառավարությունը բարձրացեց անապահովության նպաստի չափը: Կարծում եմ՝ այս տարի նույնպես կիրականացվեն նման միջոցառումներ»,- ընդգծեց Արտեմ Ասատրյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ Հայաստանում այս պահին հաշվառված է անապահով 105 հազար ընտանիք, որոնք ստանում են անապահովության նպաստ՝ վստահեցնելով, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացմանը զուգահեռ նրանք կստանան համարժեք փոխհատուցում կառավարության կողմից:

Նախարարը նաև կարծիք հայտնեց, որ էլեկտնաէրենգիայի սակագնի բարձրացումը դժվարություններ է ստեղծելու բոլոր քաղաքացիների համար, սակայն նկատեց, որ սոցիալապես անապահով խավին օգնելը կառավարության համար առաջնահերթ խնդիր է:
