Երկու ամսում կարկտահարության վնասը Շիրակի մարզում կազմել է մոտ 522 մլն դրամ

Տարին Շիրակի մարզում գյուղատնտեսները բավական բերքառատ էին որակում: Ցանքերի ավելացումը, տեղումնառատ  եղանակը նպաստելու էին առատ  բերքին, սակայն կարկտահարությունը գյուղացուն եթե չի հուսալքել, ապա կրկին մտածել է տվել  հիմնական խնդրի՝ հակակարկտային կայանների անհրաժշտության  մասին:

Մարզում այս պահին կա 56 հակակարկտային կայան: Դրանց առյուծի բաժինը պետական միջոցներով տեղադրված կայաններն են, ավելի քիչ են համայնքների բյուջեներով ձեռք բերվածները: Չնայած տարեկան մարզում կայանների թվի ավելացմանը՝ խնդիրը լուրջ է: Կայանների ներկա թիվը չի կարող պաշտպանել տարածքների մեծ մասը:

 Մարզի գյուղատնտեսության վարչության պետ Մովսես Մանուկյանը որպես ավելի լուրջ խնդիր  նշեց մարզում ռադիոլոկացիոն ցանցի բացակայությունը՝ փաստելով, որ կարկտահարության հիմնական վտանգը Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանակից համայնքներն են իրենց վրա կրում, իսկ ռադիոլոկացիոն ցանցի առկայության դեպքում, հնարավոր է շատ ավելի վաղ կանխատեսել այդ երկրից կարկտաբեր ամպերի ներթափանցումը: Թեև, այդ կայանի առկայության դեպքում էլ, ըստ Մովսես Մանուկյանի, խնդիր կլինի, խոսքը սահմանին խիստ մոտ տարածքների մասին է:

2015 թվականի կարկտահարության առաջին դեպքը գրանցվեց մայիսի 7-ին, ապա նաև 15-ին և 22-ին, սակայն  կարկտահարության դեպքեր արձանագրվեցին նաև  հունիսին՝  9-ին, 14-ին, 16-ին և 18-ին: Մայիսի ընթացքում կարկտահարության  հետևանքով վնասվել է 23 համայնք, ևս 7-ը՝ հունիսին: «Մայիսի ընթացքում վնասվել է ընդհանուր շուրջ 1700 հա  գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության ցանքատարածություն, որից մոտ հազար հեկտարը հացահատիկ, մնացածը բանջարանաբոստանային մշակաբույսեր, բազմամյա  խոտ ու այգի, իսկ հունիսի 3 օրվա ընթացքում տուժել է մարզի 7 համայնքի շուրջ 2200 հա ցանքատարածություն: Այս երկու ամիսների ընթացքում մարզին պատճառած ընդհանուր վնասը կազմում է շուրջ 522 մլն դրամ:  Կան համայնքներ, որտեղ վնասը  20-30 տոկոս է, իսկ որոշ համայնքներում՝ 30-70 տոկոս: Ի դեպ, հունիսի  18-ի երեկոյան ևս գրանցվեց կարկտահարության դեպք՝ այս անգամ Աղին և Ջրափի համայնքներում»,-նշեց Մովսես Մանուկյանը՝ փաստելով, որ, բարեբախտաբար, հացահատիկն այս պահին հասունացած չէ, այլապես վնասը կլիներ 100 տոկոս:

Շիրակի մարզպետարանի գյուղատնտեսության վարչությունը վնասի մասին տեղեկատվութունը փոխանցել է ինչպես ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարություն, այնպես էլ ԱԻ և տարածքային կառավարման նախարարություն:
