Բելգիական մամուլը մեկնաբանել է երկրի վարչապետ Շառլ Միշելի հայտարարությունը, որը Բելգիայի խորհրդարանում ճանաչել է Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, ընդգծելով, որ այդ քայլով կառավարության ղեկավարը վերջ է դրել այդ հարցում առկա ոչ միանշանակությանը։

Շառլ Միշելը բոլորին անակնկալի է բերել Բելգիայի ներկայացուցիչների պալատում։ «Հինգշաբթի նա իր կառավարության անունից ճանաչել է Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, որը տեղի է ունեցել 100 տարի առաջ երիտթուրքերի կառավարության կողմից։ Վարչապետի հայտարարությունը շատ կարեւոր քաղաքական նշանակություն ունի քանի որ այն արվել է շատ պաշտոնապես, երկրի խորհրդարանում։

«Սա պատմական պահ է»,-ասել է Ներկայացուցիչների պալատում «Բարեփոխական շարժում» խմբակցության ղեկավար Դենի Դյուքարմը»,-ասված է հոդվածում։

Պարբերականը հավելում է. «Չնայած վարչապետի նման հանդիսավոր հայտարարությանը, դաշնային մեծամասնությունը բոլոր դեպքերում խորհրդարան կներկայացնի բանաձեւ նախագիծ, ամրապնդի այդ ճանաչումը։ Այլ խոսքով, Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի պատգամավորները, որոնք դեռ կասկածներ ունեն Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցում, չեն կարող խուսափել այդ տեքստից։ Նրանք պետք է կողմ կամ դեմ քվեարկեն այդ փաստաթղթի օգտին, իսկ հասարակությունը կտեսնի, թե խորհրդարանականներից ով է «ժխտողը»։ Իհարկե, դաշնային խորհրդարանում բանաձեւի ընդունման օրը բոլորի ուշադրությունը սեւեռված է լինելու Սոցիալիստական կուսակցությունը ներկայացնող եւ Սեն Ժոսի բուրգոմիստր թուրքական ծագում ունեցող Էմիր Քիրի վրա, որը վերջին շաբաթներին խուսափում է բանավեճերից»։

 «Բելգիացի պատգամավորները պատրաստվել են Թուրքիայի տրամադրության փոփոխությանը։ Նրանք նախապես բարձր մակարդակի շփումներ են ունեցել Անկարայում, որպեսզի պարզաբանեն Բելբիայի դիրքորոշումը եւ ներկա բանաձեւի նշանակությունը»,-գրում է պարբերականը։

«Le Soir» թերթը հարցազրույց է վերցրել քաղաքական լրագրող Դավիդ Քոփիից, ով նշել է, որ իշխող մեծամասնությունը մոտ օրերս բանաձեւի նախագիծը կներառի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի օրակարգում։

Նրա խոսքով, ակնհայտ է, որ բանավեճեր են ընթանում, թե ինչ նշանակություն կունենա այդ բանաձեւը։ «Սակայն Պալատում հանդիսավոր հայտարարությամբ Բելգիան հաստատեց իր հավատարմությունը, որի վաստակը կլինի իրավիճակի վերջնական պարզաբանումը»,-հայտարարել է Քոփին։
