ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հունիսի 29-ին ընդունել է Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի (ԱՄՀ) Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի վարչության տնօրեն Մասուդ Ահմեդին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Նախագահը ողջունել է հյուրերին և բարձր գնահատել ԱՄՀ գործունեությունը Հայաստանում, ընդգծելով, որ հիմնադրամի հետ երկար տարիների համագործակցության արդյունքում մեր երկրում բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր են իրականացվել, և տնտեսության մեջ արձանագրված հաջողությունները մեծապես պայմանավորված են նաև այդ փոխգործակցությամբ:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը կարևորել է ԱՄՀ գործադիր խորհրդի կողմից «Երկարաձգվող ֆինանսավորման ծրագրի» հերթական վերանայման արդյունքների հաստատումը: Նախագահի համոզմամբ, այդ ծրագրի սահուն ընթացքը ոչ միայն ֆինանսական միջոցների մասնաբաժնի ստացման խնդիր է լուծում, այլ նաև ազդարարում է ծրագրի ներքո ՀՀ կողմից ստանձնած պարտավորությունների արդյունավետ իրականացման և դրա հաշվին բարեփոխումների գործընթացի շարունակականության մասին:

Մասուդ Ահմեդը ևս բարձր գնահատելով Հայաստանի հետ ԱՄՀ համագործակցությունը՝ ընդգծել է, որ հիմնադրամն այսուհետ էլ իր փորձով և գիտելիքներով Հայաստանի կողքին կլինի և կաջակցի առկա խնդիրների լուծման և մարտահրավերների դիմակայման գործում, քանի որ ԱՄՀ-ն տարիներ ի վեր եղել և մնում է Հայաստանի գործընկերը: Նշելով, որ պայմանավորված ինչպես Եվրոպայի, այնպես էլ տարածաշրջանի անբարենպաստ զարգացումներով՝ Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման համար բազմաթիվ դժվարություններ և նոր մարտահրավերներ կան, ԱՄՀ ներկայացուցիչը հետաքրքրվել է հատկապես միջնաժամկետ հատվածում երկրի զարգացման տեսլականի, ՀՀ տնտեսական քաղաքականության առաջնահերթությունների ու զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ Նախագահի տեսակետներով:

Հանդիպմանը երկուստեք կարևորվել է գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման, ներդրումների ներգրավման, նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքը: Մասուդ Ահմեդը հույս է հայտնել, որ Հայաստանը՝ պահպանելով մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշները շրջահայաց կերպով կառավարելու ավանդույթը և հայ ժողովրդի ձեռներեց ու ստեղծագործ ոգին կապիտալի վերածելու ջանքերը, այս ժամանակահատվածում ևս կկարողանա հաղթահարել առկա օբյեկտիվ դժվարությունները:
