Միլիոնավոր իրանցիներ հանրագիր են ստորագրել, որում շարադրված են իրանական միջուկային ծրագրի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրին ներկայացվող պահանջները, եւ այն փոխանցել են հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությանը, տեղեկացնում Է Արմենպրեսը՝ հղում անելով «Մեհր» գործակալությանը:

«Միլիոնավոր իրանցիներ իրենց ստորագրություններն են դրել այն պայմանների ցանկի տակ, որոնք, նրանց կարծիքով, իրանական պատվիրակությունը պետք Է պաշտպանի Իրանի եւ միջազգային միջնորդների «վեցյակի» (ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ի հինգ մշտական անդամները եւ Գերմանիան) միջեւ իրանական միջուկային ծրագրի վերաբերյալ համապարփակ համաձայնագրի տեքստը պատրաստելիս»,-ասված Է գործակալության հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Ակցիայի եզրափակիչ փուլը հունիսի 30-ին տեղի Է ունեցել Թեհրանի Ազադի հրապարակում:

Հանրագրում նշված Է վեց պայման, որոնք պետք Է պահպանվեն միջուկային գործարքը կնքելիս. «Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության դեմ բոլոր պատժամիջոցները պետք Է չեղարկվեն Իրանի եւ «վեցյակի» միջեւ վերջնական միջուկային համաձայնագրի ստորագրման հետ միաժամանակ: Միջուկային բնագավառում Իրանի ձեռքբերումները պետք Է պահպանվեն եւ ուժեղացվեն ազգային պահանջմունքներին համապատասխան: Ոչ մի խոչընդոտ չպետք Է լինի միջուկային հետազոտությունների բնագավառում գիտատեխնիկական առաջընթացի շարունակման ճանապարհին, իսկ գիտնականները չպետք Է ոչ մի սահմանափակում ունենան իրենց միջուկային գործունեության մեջ: Անընդունելի Է միջուկային օբյեկտների ցանկացած մոնիթորինգ, որը դուրս Է գալիս միջազգային իրավունքի եւ կոնվենցիաների շրջանակներից: Ռազմական օբյեկտների եւ պետության անվտանգության հետ կապված օբյեկտների տեսչական բոլոր ստուգումները նույնպես անընդունելի են: Միջուկային գործարքը պետք Է «շրջելի» լինի, եթե մյուս կողմը խախտի համաձայնագրի կետերից որեւԷ մեկը, որպեսզի Իրանը կարողանա վերադառնալ միջուկային ոլորտում բանակցություններին նախորդած իրադրությանը»:

Թեհանի միջուկային դոսիեի շուրջ «վեցյակի» եւ Իրանի բանակցություններն ընթանում են Վիեննայում: Սկզբնապես պլանավորվում Է, որ ավելի քան տասը տարի շարունակվող բանավեճերը պետք Է ավարտվեն հունիսի 30-ին: Սակայն բանակցությունները երկարացվել են եւս մեկ շաբաթով՝ մինչեւ հուլիսի 7-ը, որպեսզի փորձագետներն ու քաղաքական տնօրենները կարողանան ավարտին հասցնել ամփոփիչ փաստաթղթի բոլոր զգայուն պահերի համաձայնեցման գերբարդ աշխատանքը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
