Ռուսաստանի պատվիրակությունն ամբողջ կազմով չի մասնակցի ԵԱՀԿ-ի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի՝ Ֆինլանդիայում կայանալիք  նստաշրջանին, տեղեկացնում Է  Արմենպրեսը՝ հղում անելով ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներին

ՌԴ-ի Պետդումայի խոսնակ եւ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը պարզաբանել Է, որ բոյկոտի պատճառն այն Է, որ Ֆինլանդիայի իշխանությունները մերժել են ռուսական կողմի մի քանի ներկայացուցիչների, այդ թվում՝ նաեւ հենց իր մուտքը երկիր:

Դրա հետ մեկտեղ Պետդումայի խոսնակը խոստացել Է շարունակել աշխատանքը վեհաժողովում եւ մասնակցել նրա հաջորդ նստաշրջանին, որը տեղի կունենա Ուլան Բատորում: «Ես վստահ եմ, որ Մոնղոլիայի իշխանություններն ամբողջ ծավալով կկատարեն իրենց պարտավորություններըե,-ասել Է Նարիշկինը:

Իրադրությունը մեկնաբանել Է նաեւ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը: Լրագրողների հետ կայացած զրույցի ժամանակ նա նշել Է, որ ռուսական կողմը նման մերժումն անընդունելի Է համարում:

«Անտարակույս, դա վրդովեցուցիչ ենք համարում, որովհետեւ Դաշնային ժողովի պալատի ղեկավարը պատրաստվում Էր միջոցառումներին մասնակցել ոչ թե երկկողմ հարաբերությունների, այլ միջազգային միջոցառումների առումովե,-ասել Է նա:

Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել Է, որ Ֆինլանդիան Ռուսաստանի Պետդումայի խոսնակ Սերգեյ Նարիշկինին թույլ չի տվել ժամանել երկիր՝ մասնակցելու ԵԱՀԿ-ի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նստաշրջանին: Ֆինլանդիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում ՏԱՍՍ-ին պարզաբանել են, որ այդ որոշումն ընդունվել Է Նարիշկինին Եվրամիության պատժիչ ցուցակում ներառելու կապակցությամբ:

Գերատեսչությունում հավելել են, որ, Նարիշկինից բացի, արգելված Է Ռուսաստանի պատվիրակության եւս մի քանի անդամների մուտքը: ԱԳՆ-ում չեն ճշտել նրանց անունները եւ միայն ասել են, որ խոսքը Ռուսաստանի վեց քաղաքացիների մասին Է: ԵԱՀԿ-ի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նստաշրջանը հուլիսի 5-ից մինչեւ 9-ը պետք Է տեղի ունենա Հելսինկիում: Նստաշրջանում ընտրելու են վեհաժողովի նոր նախագահին, որը կփոխարինի ֆինն Իլկա Կաներվային:

Եվրամիության կողմից Նարիշկինի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանվել 2014 թվականին՝ Ղրիմը ՌԴ-ի կազմ ընդունելու Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների որոշման կապակցությամբ: Քաղաքական գործչին արգելել են մտնել ԵՄ-ի տարածք, իսկ նրա բոլոր եվրոպական ակտիվները, դրանց առկայության դեպքում, պետք Է սառեցվեն:
