Ալիկ Էրոյանցը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Թբիլիսիի քաղաքային դատախազությունը քրգործ է հարուցել երկու թբիլիսահայ երիտասարդների՝ Ֆիլիպ Բաբայանի և Արթուր Օգանեսյանի նկատմամբ, ովքեր մեղադրվում են ոստիկաններին խմբակային դիմադրություն ցույց տալու մեջ:

Իրականում, սակայն, պարզվում է, որ երիտասարդներին ոստիկանները ծեծի են ենթարկել: 
Թբիլիսիի ժամանցի վայրերից մեկում հայ երիտասարդների հետ ոստիկաններից մեկը վեճի է բռնվել, ով ավելի ուշ ներկայացել է որպես բարձրաստիճան ոստիկանական պաշտոնյա և դեպքի վայր կանչելով իր գործընկեր ոստիկաններին՝ երեքով բերման են ենթարկել Ֆիլիպին և Արթուրին բաժին: Այնտեղ մոտ մեկ ժամ երիտասարդների նկատմամբ ուժ են կիրառել, ծեծի են ենթարկել, հայհոյել են: Այդ ամենն արձանագրել է երիտասարդներից մեկի ձեռքի ժամացույցի վրա սարքավորված գաղտնի տեսախցիկը:
Տեսանյութը տարածել են վրացական ԶԼՄ-ները: Այժմ բանտում գտնվող Ֆիլիպի և Արթուրի հարազատները պահանջում են, որպեսզի պատժվեն նշված երեք ոստիկանները, վերջիններիս նկատմամբ քրգործ հարուցվի, իսկ երիտասարդներին ազատ արձակեն: Վերջիններիս փաստաբանների խոսքով՝ դատախազության հարուցած գործին առնչվող փաստաթղթերում, սակայն, տվյալ ոստիկանները հանդես են գալիս որպես տուժողներ, ինչն, ըստ պաշտպանների, աբսուրդ է: Վերջիններս պատրաստվում են պայքարել արդարությունը վերականգնելու համար:
