Ֆրանսիան հրաժարվեց քաղաքական ապաստան տրամադրել Ասանժին

 Ֆրանսիայի իշխանությունները հրաժարվել են քաղաքական ապաստան տրամադրել WikiLeaks-ի հիմնադիր Ջուլիան Ասանժին: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է  Արմենպրեսը, հաղորդել Է Reuters գործակալությունը՝ վկայակոչելով Ելիսեյան պալատի հայտարարությունը:  

«Ֆրանսիան նամակ Է ստացել պարոն Ասանժից: Խորացված վերլուծությունը ցույց Է տվել, որ Ասանժի հետ կապված իրադրության մի շարք իրավաբանական եւ նյութական ասպեկտների պատճառով Ֆրանսիան չի կարող բավարարել նրա խնդրանքը»,-ասված Է պետության ղեկավարի վարչակազմի հայտարարության մեջ:

Ելիսեյան պալատում նաեւ ընդգծել են, որ WikiLeaks-ի հիմնադրին «անմիջական վտանգ» չի սպառնում, եւ հիշեցրել են, որ «նրան ձերբակալելու եվրոպական կալանագիր Է տրված»:

Ապաստան տրամադրելու խնդրանքով Ասանժը նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդին Էր դիմել բաց նամակով, որը հուլիսի 3-ին հրապարակվել Է Le Monde թերթի կայքում:

Իրենց հերթին Ֆրանսիայի մշակույթի գործիչները բաց նամակով դիմել Էին երկրի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդին՝ Ջուլիան Ասանժին եւ Էդվարդ Սնոուդենին ապաստան տրամադրելու խնդրանքով: 

«Մի քանի տարի Ասանժը եւ Սնոուդենն արտաքսմամբ են հատուցում իրենց խիզախության համար: Թեեւ բոլորը միահամուռ ողջունում են նրանց պայքարի արդարացիությունը, այն իրավիճակը, որում նրանք գտնվում են, շարունակում Է վրդովմունք հարուցել: Նրանք մի քանի անգամ Ֆրանսիային են դիմել այն բանից հետո, երբ կարեւոր ծառայություններ են մատուցել Ֆրանսիային ՝ բացահայտելով այն սկանդալային պրակտիկաները, որոնք ԱՄՆ-ն օգտագործել Է մեր երկրի դեմ»,- ասված Է նամակում: 

«Հանրապետությունը ոչ միայն իրավունք ունի, այլեւ պետք Է Ֆրանսիայում ընդունի այն մարդկանց, որոնց հետապնդում են հանուն ազատության նրանց պայքարի պատճառով® Մենք սպասում ենք, որ Ֆրանսիան կգործի»,- նշում են ստորագրյալները: 

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահին հղված դիմումը, մասնավորապես, ստորագրել են ռեժիսորներ Ժակ Օդիյարը, Մատիե Կասովիցը եւ Կոստա Գավրասը, դերասաններ Վենսան Կասելը, Իրեն Ժակոբը եւ Լյուդվին Սանիեն, կոմպոզիտոր Ժան Միշել Ժարը, գրող Ռոմեն Դյուրին, նախկին ֆուտբոլիստ Էրիկ Կանտոնան:
