ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը  Մոսկվայում  մասնակցել է «Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամի» խորհրդի նիստին, որի ընթացքում նախարարը ներկայացրել է Հիմնադրամի միջոցներից ֆինանսական վարկ տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ ՀՀ հայտը: Ինչպես Արմենպրեսին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՖՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հիմնադրամի խորհուրդը որոշում է կայացրել շ արունակել աշխատանքները ֆինանսավորման վերջնական ծրագրի նախապատրաստման ուղղությամբ և հաստատել է Հայաստանին «Ոռոգման համակարգերի արդիականացում» ծրագրի իրականացման համար Հիմնադրամի միջոցներից 40 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով, տարեկան 2 տոկոս տոկոսադրույքով, 20 տարի մարման ժամկետով (որից 10 տարին՝ արտոնյալ) վարկ տրամադրելու մասին հայտը: Նշված ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է ընտրված համայնքներում ոռոգման ջրանցքների վերանորոգում, մեխանիկական ոռոգման փոխարինում ինքնահոսով, ջրօգտագործողների միավորումների ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողություններ ի զարգացում:

Մոսկվա այցի ընթացքում կայացել են երկկողմ հանդիպումներ՝ ՌԴ ֆինանսների նախարար Ա. Սիլուանովի, ՌԴ դաշնային հարկային ծառայության ղեկավար Մ. Միշուստինի, ՌԴ դաշնային մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավար Ա. Բելյանինովի հետ:

ՌԴ ֆինանսների նախարարի հետ Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը ստորագրել է «ՀՀ ՖՆ և ՌԴ ՖՆ միջև համագործակցության հարցում փոխըմբռնման մասին» հուշագիր, որը պայմաններ է ստեղծում երկու նախարարությունների միջև համագործակցության հետագա ընդլայնման համար: Ստորագրվել է նաև «ՀՀ ՖՆ և ՌԴ ՖՆ միջև ՌԴ կողմից ՀՀ անհատույց ֆինանսական օգնություն տրամադրելու մասին» համաձայնագիրը, որով նախատեսված է Մաքսային միությանը և Միասնական տնտեսական տարածքին Հայաստանի միանալու միջոցառումների ծրագրի իրականացման նպատակով ՀՀ ՖՆ 14,1 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով ֆինանսական օժանդակություն տրամադրել:

ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը ՌԴ դաշնային մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավարի հետ քննարկել է ՌԴ պետական սահմանի Վերին Լարս անցակետում առկա կուտակումների վերացմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Նախարարը պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում քայլեր ձեռնարկել նշված անցակետում կուտակումները վերացնելու և հայկական բեռների տեղափոխման համար առավելագույն հարամարավետ պայմաններ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ:
