«Ի հեճուկս սպասումների, ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորած ներկայացուցչական պատվիրակության այցը Ֆրանսիա տնտեսական բնույթի որևէ կոնկրետ արդյունք չի տվել: Սեր աղբյուրները նշում են, որ վարչապետի այցի շրջանակներում նախատեսված է եղել մի քանի մեծ նախագիծ «կպցնել» հիմնականում գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում: Սակայն ընդհանուր բնույթի հավաստիացումներից և «համագործակցությունը շարունակելու» բարեմաղթանքներից այն կողմ գործը չի անցել: Նշենք, որ հայկական կողմի հաշվարկներով՝ ֆրանսիական ընկերությունները կարող են ներդրումներ անել Հայաստանում գյուղմթերքներ ստանալու հեռանկարով: Քանի որ ներկայումս Ռուսաստանը պատժամիջոցներ է կիրառում ԵՄ երկրների, այդ թվում՝ նաև Ֆրանսիայի գյուղմթերքներ արտադրողների դեմ, ապա տեսականորեն մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ ֆրանսիացիները մթերքների արտադրությունը կիրականացնեն Հայաստանում և կարտահանեն արտադրանքը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն:

 Ֆրանսիական ընկերությունները արդեն մի քանի փոքր ծրագրեր իրականացնում են Հայաստանում այդ ուղղությամբ: Սակայն դրանք շոշափելիորեն ընդլայնելու մտադրություններ ֆրանսիական կողմը չի դրսևորել: Դա պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ գյուղատնտեսական նոր տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ Հայաստանում մեծ արտադրություններ կազմակերպելու համար չկա կադրային համապատասխան բազա և ենթակառուցվածքներ: Բացի այդ ռուսական շուկա մուտք գործելու հեռանկարով իրականացվելիք ծրագրերը բավականին ռիսկային են, քանի որ ՌԴ-ն ներկայումս իրականացնում է «ներմուծման փոխարինամ» և փորձում է ինքն արտադրել այն ապրանքները, որոնք նախկինում ներկրվում են ԵՄ երկրներից: Թերևս, հենց սա է պատճառը, որ ֆրանսիական ընկերությունները նախընտրում են առայժմ սպասել»,–գրում է թերթը։
