Քառյակի գործողություններին բուռն թափ ձեռք բերելու համար կարծես պակասում է որոշ կարևոր հարցերի շուրջ պայմանավորվածություններն ու տարաձայնությունների հաղթահարումը: Իհարկե, բոլոր տեսակի գործողություններն ու զարգացումները հիմնվում են քաղաքական շահերի վրա և դրանց սահմաններից դուրս գրեթե ոչինչ չի կարող տեղի ունենալ:
Ըստ իս տարաձայնություններն ավելի շատ խորքային ու սկզբունքային են, քան մարտավարական: Այսինքն` խնդիրը ոչ թե ՍԴ դիմելու արդյունավետության վիճարկումն է, այլ այն, որ, օրինակ ԲՀԿ-ն չի կարող գործել ՀԱԿ-ի արմատական սկզբունքներով, քանի որ այդ կուսակցությունը ներկայացնում է գործարար շերտի շահերը, ում շահերից արմատական քայլերն ու հնարավոր ցնցումները չեն բխում:
Փոխարենը, ՀԱԿ-ը, որն ունի փողոցային պայքարի ավելի փորձված ռեսուրս ու համեմատաբար փոքր ներկայացվածություն ԱԺ-ում, կողմ է հանրահավաքային գործելաոճի: Այս առումով, մարտավարության ընտրության հարցում տարաձայնությունների արդեն որոշ հիմք նկատվում է:
Հետաքրքրական է «Ժառանգության» ու ՀԱԿ-ի հարաբերությունները: Այս երու քաղաքական ուժերը, հայտնի է, որ 2008-ից սկսած ավելի շատ միմյանց դիտում էին որպես մրցակիցներ ընդդիմադիր դաշտում, քան որպես դաշնակիցներ: Սակայն դեպքերի բերումով, երբ ԲՀԿ-ն որոշ մասով տեղափոխվեց ոչ իշխանական դաշտ, թե ՀԱԿ-ը, թե «Ժառանգությունն» էլ ավելի կորցրեցին իրենց դիրքերը: «Ժառանգությանը»` ԱԴ-ի հեռ անհաջող դաշինքից հետո լուսանցքում չհայտնվելուց խուսափելու համար այլ ելք չէր մնում, քան տեղափոխվել արմատական ընդդիմության դաշտ ու հայտնվել ՀԱԿ-ի կողքին: Նրանք այժմ էլ որոշ հարցերում մրցակիցներ են և սա էլ տարաձայնություն ծնող մի պատճառ է, որից այդ կուսակցությունները պետք է զգուշանան:
Այլ է ՀՅԴ-ի պարագան, որը, թեև քառյակի անդամ է ու ընտրություններից ընտրություն այս կուսակցության ղեկավարները բոցաշունչ ելույթներով են հանդես գալիս, նա շատ կարևոր, օրակարգային հարցերում համակարծիք է իշխանությունների հետ: Օրինակ այն, որ պաշտպանում է սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների ծրագիրը, չի պատրաստվում գնալ արմատական քայլերի ու կուտակայինի հարցով պատրաստվում է դիմել ՍԴ: Մյուս կողմից, ներկայումս ունի դեսպաններ եվրոպական երկրներում, որն արտահայտում է արտաքին քաղաքականության բնագավառում դիրքորոշումների ընդհանրությունը: այս ամենը խոսում են իշխանությունների հանդեպ ՀՅԴ-ի հանդուրժողական վերաբերմունքի մասին:
Արդյունքում, անկախ այն բանից թե ինչպիսի մոտիվացիաներով են շարժվում վերոնշյալ քաղաքական ուժերը, նրանց շահերը զգալիորեն տարբերվում են իրարից, ուստի, քառյակի միասնականությունն ու գործունեության արդյունավետությունն ապահովելու համար աելի մեծ ջանքեր են հարկավոր լինելու:
