ԵԽ-ն ընդունել է Եվրոպական հարևանության քաղաքականության վերանայման մասին բանաձևը

Եվրոպական Խորհրդարանը ձայների ճնշող մեծամասնությամբ (460 կողմ, 61 դեմ և 55 ձեռնպահ) ընդունել է Եվրոպական հարևանության քաղաքականության վերանայման մասին բանաձևը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, բանաձևը շեշտում է, որ վերանայված քաղաքականությունը պետք է լինի առավել ռազմավարական և ճկուն ու հաշվի առնի յուրաքանչյուր տարածաշրջանի մարտահրավերները, միմյանցից տարբերվող ձգտումները և քաղաքական նպատակները: 

Բանաձևը վկայակոչում է 2015թ. մայիսի 22-ին Ռիգայի գագաթաժողովում ընդունված հռչակագրի դրույթները, կոչ է անում գործընկեր երկրներին հասնել հակամարտությունների բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանը միջազգային նորմերի և սկզբունքների հիման վրա: 

Եվրոպական Խորհրդարանի բանաձևում նաև ընդգծվում է, որ համապարփակ քաղաքական ռազմավարությունը պետք է հաշվի առնի 1975թ. Հելսինկյան ակտի բոլոր դրույթները, այդ թվում` ժողովուրդների հավասարության և ինքնորոշման իրավունքի սկզբունքը: Հայտնվում է համոզմունք, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ն, որպես անվտանգության համար պատասխանատու խոշորագույն տարածաշրջանային կազմակերպություն, պետք է շարունակի կարևոր դերակատարություն ունենալ այս առումով: 

Հայկական կողմը մշտապես շեշտել է Եվրոպական հարևանության անվտանգությանը վերաբերող դրույթներում ինքնորոշման իրավունքի սկզբունքի հիշատակման կարևորությունը: Եվրոպական Խորհրդարանն այս բանաձևով որդեգրել է հավասարակշռված մոտեցում հակամարտությունների կարգավորման հարցում և մասնավորապես քվեարկությամբ մերժել է բանաձևի վերջնական տեքստում ներառել նախորդ գումարման խորհրդարանի կողմից ընդունված Կիրիլովի զեկույցի վրա նախագծում կատարված հղումը:
