ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հուլիսի 11-ին ընդունել է Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության մշակույթի և իսլամական առաջնորդման նախարար Ալի Ջանաթիին, ում գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն այս օրերին Երևանում մասնակցում է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի «Մշակութային քաղաքականություն, քաղաքականություն մշակույթի համար» խորագրով միջազգային կոնֆերանսին:

Ինչպես Արմենպրեսին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ընդգծելով, որ հայ և իրանցի բարեկամ ժողովուրդներն իրենց դարավոր պատմության ընթացքում աշխարհին բարձրարժեք հարուստ մշակութային ժառանգություն են ավանդել, և երկու ժողովուրդները բազում ընդհանրություններ ունեն, Նախագահը նշել է, որ այդ ընդհանրություններում, անկասկած, նշանակալի տեղ է զբաղեցնում մշակույթը:

Զրուցակիցները երկուստեք գոհունակությամբ են ընդգծել, որ մշակույթի ոլորտում ձևավորված երկկողմ կապերը ամուր հիմք են ստեղծում հայ-իրանական միջպետական հարաբերությունները քաղաքական, տնտեսական և այլ ոլորտներում զարգացնելու և խորացնելու համար:

ՀՀ Նախագահը և Իրանի մշակույթի և իսլամական առաջնորդման նախարարը համակարծիք են եղել, որ Հայաստանի և Իրանի՝ բարձր մակարդակի վրա գտնվող հարաբերությունների զարգացման որևէ սահամանափակում չկա և երկկողմ կապերի առավել ամրապնդման համար կարևորել են հաճախակի փոխայցելությունները: «Դժվարությունները ժամանակավոր են, մեր բարեկամությունը՝ հավերժական: Պետք է ամեն ինչ անել ամրապնդելու և ընդլայնելու զարգացման մեծ ներուժ ունեցող հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունները՝ ի բարօրություն երկու ժողովուրդների և ի նպաստ մշակույթների: Մենք միմյանցով հարստանում և հարստացնում ենք միմյանց՝ մեր ողջ պատմության ընթացքում աշխարհի հետ շփվելով մեր մշակույթների հարուստ լեզվով»,-ասել է Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

Հանրապետության Նախագահը կարևորել է ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն՝ ուղղված երկու երկրների և ժողովուրդների պատմության, մշակույթի և ավանդույթների ճանաչողության բարձրացմանը:

Հայաստանի և Իրանի միջև մշակութային հարաբերությունները, Սերժ Սարգսյանի գնահատմամբ, ունեն դինամիկ զարգացման միտում և ընդգրկում են մշակույթի գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտները՝ կինո, թատրոն, գրականություն և այլն:

Նախագահը գոհունակությամբ է նշել, որ մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման շրջանակում համագործակցությունը վերջին տարիներին ստացել է որակական նոր դրսևորումներ: Նա շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Իրանի տարածքում հայկական պատմամշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման ուղղությամբ կատարվող աշխատանքի և այդ ժառանգության նկատմամբ ցուցաբերվող հոգատար վերաբերմունքի համար, վստահեցնելով, որ Հայաստանում ևս իրանական պատմամշակութային ժառանգության նկատմամբ նույնպիսի վերաբերմունք կա:
