«Նախորդ օրը Սերժ Սարգսյանը ԳՄ-ին է ներկայացել փոքր-ինչ ուշացումով: ԳՄ-ն տևել է շատ կարճ, քննարկման միակ թեման եղել է Սահմանադրությունը, անմիջապես հաջորդել է ՀՀԿ խորհրդի նիստը: Սերժ Սարգսյանը թիմակիցներին հորդորել է՝ «անկաշկանդ-ազատ արտահայտեք ձեր տեսակետները», որից հետո «խոսքն անցել» է Հրայր Թովմասյանին: Նա ներկայացրել է սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների «մատրիցան»: ՀՀԿ խորհրդի նիստին մասնակցել է նաև սահմանադրագետ Վարդան Պողոսյանը՝ պատասխանել է հարցերին: Վերջինիս պարբերաբար ընդհատել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը և ավելի հասկանալի՝ ոչ իրավագիտական, ՀՀԿ-ական լեզվով բացատրել, թե այս կամ այն հոդվածն իրենից ինչ է ներկայացնում:

 Պատգամավորները քծնել են՝ «ավելի լավ է Սերժ Ազատիչը բացատրի, որովհետև այդ ժամանակ ավելի լավ ենք «հասկանում» խնդիրը»: Հարցերը հիմնականում վերաբերել են ընտրակարգերին, համամասնական մոտեցումին, ընտրությունների արդյունքում քաղաքական մեծամասնության ձևավորմանը, այդ առնչությամբ տարբեր երկրների փորձին: Շատ հարցերի հետ կապված՝ հղում է արվել Ընտրական օրենսգրքին, չնայած նույն Սահմանադրությունն ամրագրում է համամասնական ընտրակարգը: ԳՄ անդամները կարծում են, որ նոնսենս է՝ ստացվում է, որ ընտրության երկրորդ փուլի դեպքում մի ընտրողը 2 անգամ է ընտրում»,–գրում է թերթը։
