ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության հատուկ ջրափրկարարական ջոկատի 44 ջրափրկարարները առավոտյան 9-ից մինչև երեկոյան 21.00-ը հերթապահություն են իրականացնում Սեւանի հանրային 3 լողափերում:  Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ փրկարար ուժերի վարչության պետ Արսեն Արշակյանը:

Ջրափրկարարների աշխատանքի նման ռեժիմը պայմանավորված է ամռան այս տապ օրերին մեր հայրենակիցների կողմից Սևանում հանգստանալու հանգամանքով: Ջրափրկարարներն ապահովված են ժամանակակից տեխնիկայով` 20 մետր երկարությամբ նավն ու 10 մոտորանավակները ողջ օրվա ընթացքում շրջում են Սևանա լճի վրայով, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս դեպքերի 70 տոկոսին արձագանքել հենց նույն պահին: Ահազանգերի 30 տոկոսն էլ սպասարկվում է 911 հեռախոսահամարին ստացված կանչերով: Հատուկ ջրափրկարարներն ունեն նաև ԳՆՈՄ սարքավորում, որը սուզվում է 120 մետր խորությամբ ու միաժամանակ տեսանկ արահանում իրականացնում: Շուրջօրյա ռեժիմով գործում է նաև ջրափրկարարական կայանը:

«Փրկարարի կոչմանը հավատարիմ ջրափրկարարներն ապահովում են հանգստացողների անվտանգությունը, սակայն, միայն փրկարարների աշխատանքը բավարար չէ դժբախտ դեպքերից խուսափելու համար: Ցավոք, փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ երբեմն անզգուշության, անտարբերության, նաև անպատասխանատվության պատճառով արձանագրվում են դեպքեր, դժբախտ պատահարներ: Միչդեռ առավել զգոն լինելու դեպքում կարելի է խուսափել անցանկալի հետևանքներից: Հուսով եմ ու շատ կցանկանամ, որ Սևանի ամռային սեզոնը փակելիս մենք առանց արտակարգ պատահարների ամփոփենք աշխատանքը, առանց մեծ ու փոքր դեպքերի, մեր օգնությունը պետք եղած լինի ոչ թե կյանքեր փրկելու, այլ սովորական խնդիրների լուծմանն աջակցելու համար: Ուզում եմ հավատալ, որ այդպես էլ կլինի, միայն ցանկություն ու պատասխանատվություն է պետք: Միայն պետք է հիշել, որ չի կարելի անցնել թույլատրելի սահմանն ու լողալ անթույլատրելի, վտանգավոր հատվածներում: Համոզված եմ, որ մեր աշխատակիցների կողմից կվերահսկվի լողացողների անվտանգությունը»,- նշել է Արշակյանը: Նա նաև կոչ է արել ու հորդորել մեր հայրենակիցներին լողալ թույլատրելի ու մարդաշատ լողափերում, որտեղ շուրջօրյա աշխատում են փրկարարները: « Հիշեք փրկության հեռախոսահամարն ու անհրաժեշտության դեպքում անհապաղ զանգահարեք` 911: Փրկարարը կոչում է և ոչ թե մասնագիտություն: Մեր փրկարարները հավատարիմ կոչմանը անմիջապես կարձագանքնեն ձեր կանչին»,- գրել է Արշակյանը:
