Ուկրաինայում ստեղծված անկայուն իրավիճակը վտանգավոր է ոչ միայն այդ երկրի, այլ նրա հարևաններ Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի համար, իսկ դա ձեռնտու է Վաշինգտոնին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Итар-Тасс-ը, այս մասին ռուսական Россия 1հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցու մ հայտարարել է Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինայում իրավիճակի ապակայունացման հետևանքով հսակայական խառնարան է ստեղծվել, որն իր մեջ քաշում է տարբեր հոսանքներ, որոնց թվում են նաև Ռուսաստանն ու Բելառուսը: Լուկաշենկոն հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն է հրահրում այդ ամենը, իսկ Ուկրաինայում շատ են քաղաքական գործիչները, ովքեր կատարում են ԱՄՆ-ի պատվերը: «Մենք պետք է հեռու մնանք այդ խառնարանից, որովհետև ամերիկացիներն այնտեղ չեն պատերազմելու: Նրանք ուղղակի ցանկանում են մեր ձեռքերով հարվածել մեր մարդկանց»,- ասել է Լուկաշենկոն:
Բելառուսի նախագահը նաև հայտարարել է, որ Արևմտյան Եվրոպայի երկրների ղեկավարները Ուկրաինայի հարցում առաջ են տանում ԱՄՆ-ի քաղաքական կուրսը: Լուկաշենկոյի կարծիքով՝ դրա մասին է խոսում այն հանգամանքը, որ ամերիկացիները հրաժարվել են մասնակցել Ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի խաղաղ կարգավորման վերաբերյալ քննարկումներին, որոնք ընթացել են Մինսկում: «Միգուցե, նրանց պետք էլ չէր ներկա լինել, որովհետև Եվրոպայում իրենց շահերը առաջ են տանում համապատասխան մարդիկ, այդ թվում և Քեթրին Էշթոնը, և ես կարծում եմ, որ նա ոչինչ չի արել ԱՄՆ-ի կամքին հակառակ»,- ասել է Լուկաշենկոն և հավելել, որ ԱՄՆ-ի շահերն առաջ տանողների շարքերում պետք է դասել նաև Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելին և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդին:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Լուկաշենկոն կարծիք է հայտնել, որ Ուիկրաինայում իշխանությունների կողմից կռվող ուկրաինացիները գործել են անգիտակցաբար: Բելառուսի նախագահի կարծիքով՝ նրանց վարպետորեն մոլորեցրել են:
Նա կոչ է արել նաև չչափազանցնել Ուկրաինայի արևմուտքի և արևելքի տարանջատումը: Լուկաշենկոն խոստովանել է, որ թե Ուկրաինայում, թե Բելառուսում արևմտյան շրջանների բնակչներն ավելի շատ միտված են Արևմուտքի երկրների հետ շփմանը, սակայն արևելքի և արևմուտքի ագրեսիվ տարանջատում չկա ոչ Ուկրաինայում, ոչ էլ Բելառուսում:
Հարցազրույցում Լուկաշենկոն անդրադարձել է նաև Ուկրաինայից Բելառուս անցած փախստականների խնդրին, որոնց թիվը, Բելառուսի նախագահի խոսքով՝ ավելի քան 3000 է: Նա ընդգծել է, որ Ուկրաինայում հակամարտության մեկնարկի պահից սկսած՝ Բելառուսի իշխանությունները պատրաստվել են փախստականներին ընդունելու աշխատանքների կազմակերպմանը և հիմա էլ նրանց հատկացնում են անհրաժեշտ օգնություն:
