 Շիրակի մարզի համայնքները 2015թ. հունվար-հունիսին սեփական եկամուտները հավաքագրել են 84,3 տոկոսով: Եթե այս ցուցանիշը համեմատենք նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակամիջոցի հետ, ապա կարող ենք ասել, որ արձանագրվել է 5 տոկոսի նվազում, սակայն կա նաև պլանային ցուցանիշի նվազում՝ նախորդ տարվա հանդեպ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեցՇիրակի մար զպետարանի աշխատակազմի ֆինանսական ու սոցիալ-տնտեսական վարչության պետ Լիպարիտ Մարիտիրոսյանը, փաստացի պակաս հավաքագրումը կապված է պլանի հետ: «2014 թվականին ունեցել ենք բավական ապառքներ, իսկ 2015 թվականին նախատեսված է հավաքագրել բազային եկամուտներ և շատ չնչին՝ մոտ 10 տոկոս ապառքներ, որոնք կգանձվեն մինչև տարեվերջ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, մեզ մոտ բոլոր հարկատեսակներով ցուցանիշները բարձր են՝ բացի հողի հարկից և վարձակալական հողերի վճարներից»,- նշեց Լիպարիտ Մարիտիրոսյանը:

Եթե այս երկու հարկատեսակներով նվազում կա, ապա մյուսների հավաքագ րումը բավական բարձր է: Ավելին, պատասխանատուն վստահ է, որ ընդհանուր ցուցանիշը կհասնի 100 տոկոսի: 

«Եթե 84,3 տոկոս է այս պահին, ապա թերակատարումը կշտկվի, և արդյունքը կլինի 100 տոկոս: Շիրակի մարզում  արդեն «սովորություն է» հարկերի վճարումն իրականացնել գյուղատնտեսական հիմնական աշխատանքներից՝ խոտքաղից ու հացքաղից հետո: Հույս ունեմ, որ տարվա ընթացքում այդ ցուցանիշը կլինի 100 տոկոս: Անցած տարի մարզը սեփական եկամուտները հավաքագրել էր 100 տոկոսով, այս տարի ևս, հուսով եմ, հաջողություն կունենանք, և մինչև տարեվերջ այդ ցուցանիշը կբարելավվեն ք»,- նշեց ֆինանսական ու սոցիալ-տնտեսական վարչության պետ Լիպարիտ Մարիտիրոսյանը:
