Ըմբշամարտի պատանիների Եվրոպայի առաջնությանը Արշակ Հայրապետյանի գլխավորությամբ հանդես եկող ազատ ոճի պատանեկան ընտրանին կմասնակցի 10, իսկ Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի գլխավորած հունահռոմեական ոճի պատանիների Հայաստանի հավաքականը՝ 9 մարզիկներով: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ըմբշամարտի Հայաստանի ֆեդերացիան:

Սերբիայի Սուբոտիցա քաղաքում օգոստոսի 2-8-ը կայանալիք ըմբշամարտի պատանիների Եվրոպայի առաջնությանը Հայաստանի պատիվը բարձր պահել պատրաստվող հունահռոմեկան ոճի պատանի ըմբիշներն են 42 կգ՝ Աշոտ Մխիթարյան (Էջմիածին), 46 կգ՝ Սերգեյ Սիմոնյան (Վարդենիս, ՕՀՔ), 50 կգ՝ Հայկ Մելիքյան (Երևան, ԸՄԴ), 54 կգ՝ Տիգրան Մինասյան (Վարդենիս, ՕՀՔ), 58 կգ՝ Էդգար Թամազյան (Էջմիածին), 63 կգ՝ Մալխաս Ամոյան (Երևան, Դինամո), 69 կգ՝ Ոսկան Հախոյան (Երևան, ՕՀՔ), 76 կգ՝ Հակոբ Բաղդասարյան (Գյումրի), 100 կգ՝ Հակոբ Թադևոսյան (Գյումրի):

Թափուր է մնացել 85 կգ քաշային կարգը: Այս հանգամանքը պատանեկան հավաքականի գլխավոր մարզիչը բացատրել է այն բանով, որ Սուբոտիցա և առհասարակ բոլոր տեսակի կարևոր նշանակության մրցումների մեկնում են միայն մեդալների համար պայքարելու ունակ ըմբիշներով: Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը նշել է նաև, որ թիմը նոր կազմավորված է, հնաբնակներից միայն պատանիների աշխարհի փոխչեմպիոն  Էդգար Թամազյանն է, ուստի կանխատեսումներ չի կարող անել: 

«Ընտրված բոլոր ըմբիշներն էլ կարող են պայքարել մեդալների համար, սակայն հաջողության կհասնեն մրցման օրն իրենց լավագույն կողմերով դրսևորողները: Համենայն դեպս, ըմբշամարտի Հայաստանի ֆեդերացիայի շնորհիվ անցկացրել ենք պլանավորած բոլոր հավաքները, ևս մեկ կարճատև հավաք էլ Երևանում կանցկացնենք մրցումներից առաջ ու անմիջապես կմեկնենք մրցավայր»,- մանրամասնել է Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը:
