Աբովյանում բացվել է քաղաքի թիվ 3 մանկապարտեզի վերանորոգված հարկաբաժինը: Վերանորոգումը կատարվել է «Alpha Epsilon Omega» ընկերության մասնաճյուղը հանդիսացող «Հայկական կրթական օգնության ֆոնդի» (A.E.R.F) միջոցներով: Արմենպրեսիի փոխանցմամբ` միջոցառմանը մասնակցել էԱբովյանի քաղաքապետ Վահագն Գևորգյանը, որը A.E.R.F.-ի համակարգող Ռոբերտ Ագավերդ յանի հետ միասին կտրել է բացումը խորհրդանշող կարմիր ժապավենը:

Բացման արարողությունը սկսվել է քաղաքապետ Վահագն Գևորգյանի շնորհավորանքի խոսքով, ով կարևորել է ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպությունների հետ տարվող աշխատանքը, ինչի արդյունքում քաղաքում անցկացվող նմանօրինակ միջոցառումները դարձել են ավանդական: Նա շեշտադրել է տարբեր կազմակերպությունների հետ իրականացվող համագործակցությունն ու քաղաքի հիմնախնդիրները քայլ առ քայլ լուծելու գործում դրանց ներգրավվածության հանգամանքը: Վահագն Գևորգյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ համագործակցությունը կլինի տևական ու արդյունավետ:

Իսկ ահա A.E.R.F.-ի համակարգող Ռոբերտ Ագավերդյանն իր հերթին ծանուցել է նմանօրինակ աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու կազմակերպության շահագրգռվածության մասին՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով այսպիսի նախաձեռնությունները շարունակական դարձնել:

Մանկապարտեզներում երեխաների տեղավորման հարցը Աբովյան քաղաքի ամենասուր խնդիրներից մեկն է: Մանկապարտեզի տնօրեն Տաթևիկ Շիրինյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ դասասենյակի վերանորոգման աշխատանքների ու անհրաժեշտ պարագաներով կահավորման արդյունքում իրենց մանկապարտեզն արդեն ևս 30 երեխա ընդունելու հնարավորություն ունի:

Միջոցառմանն անմասն չէին մնացել նաև մանուկները: Մանկապարտեզի երեխաները ամփոփ ցերեկույթ էին կազմակերպել հյուրերի համար, որի շրջանակներում ցուցադրեցին պարային համարներ և բանաստեղծություններ արտասանեցին: Հատկանշական է, որ փոքրիկների ձեռքով պատրաստված մի հուշանվեր հանձնվեց օժանդակությունն ապահոված հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչներին:
