Աաբեկչությունն աշխարհի անվտանգության ամենալուրջ սպառնալիքներից մեկն Է: Այս մասին հուլիսի 28-ին հայտարարել Է Իսպանիայի կառավարության նախագահ Մարիանո Ռախոյը ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի հակաահաբեկչական կոմիտեի հատուկ հանդիպման բացման ժամանակ, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:   

«Ահաբեկչությունն այժմ միջազգային խաղաղության եւ անվտանգության ամենամեծ սպառնալիքներից մեկն Է եւ ոտնձգություն Է անում ժողովրդավարության գոյության դեմ»,- նշել Է Իսպանիայի վարչապետը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարն «(Իսպանիայի)՝ որպես ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի ոչ մշտական անդամի աշխատանքի գերակայությունն Է»:      

«Ահաբեկչության դեմ հանդիման կառավարության, վարչակազմի եւ հասարակության բոլոր հատվածները պետք Է գործեն միասին,- հավելել Է Ռախոյը:- Իսպանիան ունի կամք եւ նվիրվածություն արդյունավետ ավանդ ներդնելու ահաբեկչության դեմ միջազգային հանրակցության պայքարում»:

ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի հակաահաբեկչական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչների հատուկ հանդիպումը՝ փորձագետների մակարդակով, սկսվել Է հուլիսի 27-ին Իսպանիայի մայրաքաղաքում: Հուլիսի 28-ին կկայանա բարձր մակարդակի նիստ՝ մի շարք պետությունների արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների եւ ներքին գործերի նախարարությունների ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ: Հանդիպումների գլխավոր խնդիրն Է մշակել պլան, որը թույլ տա կանգնեցնել օտարերկրացի ահաբեկիչների հոսքը, որոնք մեկնում են կռվելու «Իսլամական պետություն» խմբավորման կողմում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
