Վերջերս Մինսկում տեղի ունեցավ Արևելյան Ուկրաինայում ընթացող հակամարտության հարցերով Շփման խմբի հանդիպումը և հանդիպման արդյունքներով վերջապես հրադադարի հաստատաման մասին արձանագրություն ստորագրվեց:
Հետագայում իհարկե ստորագրված արձանագրությունը պետք է դրվի ստորագրվելիք խաղաղության համաձայնագրի հիմքում, եթե այդպիսի համաձայնություն կայանա ընդհանրապես, որովհետև հաշտությունը շատ փխրուն է և ամեն վայրկյան կարող են վերսկսվել պատերազմական գործողությունները: Այնուամենայնիվ հրադադար է և այն միանշանակ պետք է ողջունել:
Սա փաստորեն նաև պարտադրված հրադադար էր…
Պարտադրված իրավիճակով, պարտադրված կյանքի, իրավիճակի թելադրանքով…Պարտադրված անհրաժեշտություն…Հիշում եմ իմ բոլոր գրառումներն այս թեմայով, երբ դեռ նույնիսկ խոսք անգամ չկար այս ամենի մասին: Ցավոք գուշակությունները հետագա զարգացումների մասին ճիշտ էին և ափսոս, որ այսքան զոհեր, կորուստներ, ողբերգություն, զրկանքներ, թշնամություն, ատելություն և համաշխարհային բևեռացում էր պետք, որ հասկանային: Հասկանային, որ պատերազմից, հակամարտությունից, թշնամությունից տուժում են բոլորը…Բոլորն` անխտիր…
Տուժեցին ուկրաինացիները, ռուսները, եվրոպացիները, տուժեցին այդ երկրների տնտեսությունը, տուժեց մարդկությունը, մարդասիրության, ժողովրդավարության մասին գաղափարախոսությունն առհասարակ: Չտուժեց այդ գաղափարախոսության, հումանիզմի, մարդկային մեծագույն արժեքների մասին մշտապես բարբաջող երկիրը` Միացյալ Նահանգները` իր խորհրդատու, համախոհ, արմատների երկիր Միացյալ Թագավորության հետ:
Ինչքան զոհեր, ավերում, կործանում և զրկանքներ էր պետք, որ արևելքում կրած ջախջախիչ պարտությունից հետո Կիևի նորաթուխ, անհեռատես, երկիրը կործանման եզրին հասցրած ղեկավարները ստիպված պաշտոնական, նվաստացուցիչ փաստաթուղթ ստորագրեին Նովոռուսիայի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Չէ որ դա կարելի էր ավելի շուտ անել, չէ որ կարելի էր պատմական համանման իրավիճակներից դասեր քաղել և ավելի շուտ նստել հաշտության, բանակցուոթյան սեղանի շուրջ…
Ինչևէ, նման փաստաթղթի ստորագրությամբ Կիևը հնարավորություն է ստանում, ժամանակ շահել, կասեցնել ռուսամետ աշխարհազորայինների առաջխաղացումը և խուսափել նորանոր տարածքների կորստից ու մարդկային նոր զոհերից:
Հուսանք կստացվի, հուսանք դասեր կքաղեն այս ամենից բոլորը, որ օբամաները, պուտինները, եվրողեկավարները, պարաշենկոները իրենց սեփական ամբիցիաները չեն փաթաթի իրենց ժողովուրդների, իրենց քաղաքացիների վզին`այն ներկայացնելով իբրև մարդասիրության, ժողովրդավարության, մարդկային բարձրագույն արժեքների համար մղվող պայքար:
Մարդասիրությունը չպետք է ուղեկցվի մարդկային կորուստներով, զոհերով, ժողովրդավարությունը`սովի, ավերումի, ստեղծված արժեքների, ձեռքբերումների կործանումով…
Ժամանակն է, որ այս պարզունակ ճշմարտությունը մտնի այդ ղեկավար կոչված անձանց հիվանդագին ուղեղները…
Ժամանակն է արդեն, եթե չի անցել…Որին ես չեմ հավատում, ցավոք պատերազմը կվերսկսվի…
