ՀՀ կառավարության նպատակն ապօրինությունների ու ստվերային շրջանառության դեմ պայքարն է: ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, օգոստոսի 1-ին Գյումրիում պատասխանելով լրագրողների հարցերին, տեղեկացրեց, որ ՀՀ կառավարության գերնպատակը հարկեր հավաքագրելը չէ:

«Մեր գերնպատակը ստվերը վեր հանելն է և ովքեր չեն վճարում, բոլորին պարտադրել վճարել: Հունվար-հունիսին մեր տնտեսական աճը 4,5 տոկոս է: Բոլոր ոլորտներում ունենք աճ: Միայն անկում ունենք ապրանքաշրջանառության մեջ, որը կապված է ՌԴ-ի հետ: Սա մեզ համար շատ կարևոր ցուցանիշ է: Միջազգային բոլոր կառույցները բացասական գնահատական էին տալիս, բայց, հակառակ նրանց կարծիքի, մենք հորդորեցինք նրանց չշտապել և ես մի քանի անգամ ասել եմ, որ երկրորդ կիսամյակում ավելի ակտիվ է լինելու մեր տնտեսությունը: Մենք՝ մեր թիմով՝ ՀՀ կառավարությունով՝ ՀՀ նախագահի գլխավորութ յամբ, անելու ենք ամեն ինչ, որ այդ տնտեսական աճն ապահովենք մինչև տարեվերջ, քանի որ 2015 թվականի բյուջեում ամրագրված է մինչև 4.1 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ»,-ավելացրեց վարչապետը:

Հայաստանի տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը 2015 թվականի հունվար-հունիսին 3,8 տոկոսով գերազանցել է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշը: Շինարարության ծավալը աճել է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ՝ 0,6 տոկոսով: Էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ծավալը ևս աճ է գրանցել`1,5 տոկոսով: 2014թ. հունվար-հունիսի համեմատ ընթացիկ տարում ծառայությունների ծավալն (առանց առևտրի) աճել է 3,3 տոկոսով, իսկ գյուղատնտեսության համախառն արտադրանքի ծավալը երկնիշ աճ է արձանգրել՝ 14,5 տոկոս: Առեւտրի շրջանառությունը նվազել է 8,2 տոկոսով և կազմել 973 մլրդ 735.2 մլն դրամ: Արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի ծավալը` 5,1 տոկոսով աճել է 2014թ. հունվար-հունիսի համեմատ: Սպառողական գների ինդեքսն աճել է 5,1 տոկոսով: Միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձն աճել է 10,8 տոկոսով (178 հազար 391 դրամ): Արտաքին ապրանքաշրջանառության ծավալները 2014թ. հունվար-հունիսի համեմատ նվազել են 29,8 տոկոսով (1 միլիարդ 932.7 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար), ընդ որում` արտահանումը նվազել է 11,2 տոկոսով (624.8 մլն դոլար), իսկ ներմուծումը` 36,2 տոկոսով (1 միլիարդ 307.9 մլն դոլար): Դրամի փոխարժեքն ԱՄՆ դոլարի նկատմամբ հունվար-հունիսին եղել է 476.87:
