Արդեն մի քանի տարի է` Բաքվում ստեղծվել եւ գործում է Ադրբեջանի նախագահին կից Ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների կենտրոնը, որի արտադրանքը ուղենիշ է հանդիսանում այդ երկրի ղեկավարության համար:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Թուրան»-ն ափսոսանք է հայտնում, որ այդ կառույցը, որը հավակնում է դառնալ Ադրբեջանի առաջատար հետազոտական կենտրոնը, տարրական հարցերում կոպտագույն սխալներ է թույլ տալիս:

Որպես օրինակ՝ գործակալությունը նշում է օգոստոսի 19-ին խիստ կարեւոր միջոցառում անցկացնելու եւ լրագրողներին հրավիրելու մասին օգոստոսի 3-ին կառույցի մամուլի ծառայության տարածած հաղորդագրությունը, որի թեման նշված է` «Մալվինա-Ֆոլկլենդ կղզիների շուրջ վեճը եւ միջազգային իրավունքը»:

«Նման հայտարարությունը վկայում է միջազգային իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ պատասխանատու անձանց տարրական գիտելիքների բացակայության մասին, ինչպես նաեւ նրանց, ովքեր հսկում են հասարակայնության հետ կապերը:

Նախագահական կառույցի ներկայացուցիչները չգիտեն Մալվինյան-Ֆոլկլենդյան կղզիների ճիշտ անունը, որոնց շուրջ ծագել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի եւ Արգենտինայի միջեւ ռազմական հակամարտություններից մեկը», -նշում է գործակալությունը:

Հայտարարության մեջ սխալի մասին «Թուրան»-ի այդ նկատողությանն ի պատասխան՝ կառույցի մամուլի ծառայությունը գործակալությանը մեղադրել է «ագրեսիվության» մեջ եւ հայտնել, որ «ուղարկել է այն, ինչ իրեն տվել են»:

«Ինչպես երեւում է` Ադրբեջանի նախագահին կից Ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի աշխատակիցներն ավելի հաճախ ընթերցում են հայտնի հեքիաթի հերոսներ Մալվինայի եւ Բուրատինոյի մասին գրքեր, քան միջազգային պարբերականներ: Բայց դա արդեն տվյալ կազմակերպության ղեկավարության հոգսն է», -ընդգծել է գործակալությունը:
