Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Էրզրում գազատար խողովակաշարի Կարսի նահանգի տարածքով անցնող մասում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի հետ կապված Ադրբեջանում նավթի եւ գազի արդյունահանման գլխավոր օպերատոր BP-Azerbaijan ընկերությունը հայտարարել է, որ այդ գազատարը Ադրբեջանինը չէ:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով moderator.az լրատվական կայքը, BP-Azerbaijan ընկերության մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավար Թամամ Բայաթլըն լրագրողներին ասել է, որ ընկերությունը չի կարող որեւէ կարծիք հայտնել գազատարում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի պատճառների մասին:

Նրա խոսքով` Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Էրզրում գազատարի օպերատորը ոչ թե BP-Azerbaijan ընկերությունն է, այլ Թուրքիայի BOTASH ընկերությունն է:

«Այս գազատարի սեփականատերը ոչ Ադրբեջանն է, ոչ էլ BP-Azerbaijan ընկերությունը», -ասել է նա:

Ականատեսների խոսքով` Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Էրզրում գազատարի` թուրքական Սարիղամիշ գավառով անցնող հատվածում դեռեւս անհայտ պատճառներով տեղի ունեցած հզոր պայթյունը լսվել է 20 կմ հեռավորության վրա:

Ըստ «Անատոլու» լրատվական գործակալության` Կարսի նահանգապետ Գյունայ Օզդեմիրը հայտնել է, որ դեռեւս ուսումնասիրվում են պայթյունի պատճառները, իսկ ներկայում գազատարով բնական գազի հոսքը դադարեցված է:

Օրերս պայթեցվել էր Իրաքից Թուրքիա նավթ փոխադրող Քիրքուք-Յումուրթալըք նավթատար խողովակաշարը: Պայթեցվել էր նաեւ Թուրքիայի Աղրը (Արարատ) նահանգում Մասիսի ստորոտով Իրանից Թուրքիա գազ փոխադրող խողովակաշարը: Թուրքիայի իշխանություններն անմիջապես հայտարարել են, որ երկու պայթյունների պատասխանատուն այդ երկրում ահաբեկչական համարվող Քուրդիստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության (PKK) զինյալներն են:
