Կրթության ոլորտում առաջիկա տասը տարվա քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ ծրագիր է մշակվում

 Կրթության ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների բացահայտման և վերանայման նպատակով մեկնարկել են «Կրթության զարգացման 2016-2025 թթ. պետական ծրագրի» նախագծի մշակման աշխատանքները: Առկա հարցերին լուծում տալու համար Կրթական տեխնոլոգիաների ազգային կենտրոնում (ԿՏԱԿ) անցկացվում են քննարկումներ ոլորտի մասնագետների հետ:

ԿՏԱԿ տնօրեն Արտակ Պողոսյանն օգոստոսի 4-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց, որ այս տարի ավարտվում է կրթության զարգացման նախորդ ծրագրի ժամկետը:

«Նախատեսվում է, որ պետք է մինչև տարվա վերջ ընդունվի կրթության զարգացման պետական հաջորդ ծրագիրը, որը սահմանվում է 10 տարի ժամկետով` այսինքն, 2016-25 թթ. համար է: Այդ ծրագիրը կրթության քաղաքականության հիմնական փաստաթուղթն է, որից բխելու են մնացած բոլոր ենթածրագրերը: Ծրագրի մշակման նպատակով, որպեսզի լինի ավելի արդյունավետ և բացահայտվեն բոլոր գոյություն ունեցող խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև նախանշվեն նպատակները, այս անգամ փորձ արվեց կազմակերպել ֆոկուս խմբային քննարկումներ տարբեր ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչների` լրագրողների, բուհական մասնագետների, երիտասարդ գիտնականների, դպրոցների, մանկապարտեզների, քոլեջների, ուսումնարանների տնօրենների հետ: Մեծ թվով ֆոկուս խմբեր են կազմակերպվելու»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` նշեց Արտակ Պողոսյանը:

ԿՏԱԿ տնօրենի խոսքով` բացի դրանից կազմակերպվում են նաև փորձագիտական հարցումներ` բացահայտելու ամբողջական դաշտի խնդիրները, որպեսզի հետագայում, երբ կներկայացվի ծրագիրը, բոլոր ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչները կարողանան տեսնել իրենց կարծիքը: «Նպատակ կա ստեղծել մի ծրագիր, որը կնախանշի մոտակա 10 տարիների քաղաքականությունը կրթության ոլորտում»,-նշեց նա:

Արտակ Պողոսյանի խոսքով` նոր ծրագրի նախաբանում առանձնացված կլինեն նախորդ տարիների ընթացքում կրթության ոլորտում ձեռքբերումները և հիմնական խնդիրները, կլինեն նաև առաջարկներ, թե այդ խնդիրներն ինչպես լուծում ստանան: Նախաձեռնողները նախատեսում են, որ նախագծի պատրաստ լինելու ժամանակ կլինեն մեծ քննարկումներ: «Արմենպրես»-ը ևս մասնակցեց «Կրթության զարգացման 2016-2025 թթ. պետական ծրագրի» նախագծի մշակման աշխատանքների  քննարկմանը, որին ներկա էին մի շարք լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներ:
