Դուբայի Meydan One կոչվող նոր շրջանում կառուցելու են 711 մետր բարձրությամբ երկնաքեր, որը կունենա աշխարհում ամենաբարձր դիտահարթակը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, օգոստոսի 4-ին հաղորդել Է The National Էմիրությունների թերթը:

Բարձրությունը, որի վրա տեղակայվելու Է համայնապատկերային տեսարաններով դիտահարթակը, կկազմի 655 մետր: Նրա վրա 675 մետր բարձրության վրա կկառուցվի աշխարհում ամենաբարձր ռեստորանը:

Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել Էր, որ աշխարհում ամենաբարձր դիտահարթակը Դուբայում կհայտնվի Burj 2020 երկնաքերի վրա, որը պլանավորվում Է կառուցել ԷՔՍՊՕ-2020 ցուցահանդեսի պատվին: Ներկայում առաջնության դափնին պատկանում Է Չինաստանի Գուանչժոու քաղաքում գտնվողCanton Tower երկնաքերին՝ 488 մետր բարձրությամբ դիտահարթակով:

Meydan One նոր շրջանի ընդհանուր մակերեսը կկազմի 5 քառակուսի կիլոմետր: Բացի հինգաստղանի հյուրանոցից, լողափից, զբոսանավերի նավամատույցից, առեւտրական ու ժամանցային օբյեկտներից, այն ներառելու Է աշխարհում ամենաերկար ծածկված լեռնադահուկային Էջքը՝ 1,2 կիլոմետր երկարությամբ:

Meydan դեւելոպեր ընկերությունը նաեւ պլանավորում Է կառուցել աշխարհում ամենախոշոր «պարող շատրվանների» համալիրը՝ 420 մետր երկարությամբ: Նմանատիպ շատրվանները զետեղված են աշխարհի ամենաբարձր շենքի՝ Դուբայի Burj Khalifa երկնաքերի ստորին հատվածում:

Ինչպես նշում Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին, Meydan One նախագծի առաջին փուլը պլանավորվում Է ավարտել 2020 թվականին: Նախագծի լրացուցիչ մանրամասները կներկայացվեն Cityscape ամենամյա ցուցահանդեսում, որը տեղի կունենա Դուբայում սեպտեմբերի սկզբին:
