Օրերս BlogNews.am-ը «Նոր ալիք» մրցույթի վերաբերյալ հարցազրույց էր արել երգիչ Գրիգոր Կյոկչյանի հետ, ով ասել էր, որ  «Շանթ» հետուստաընկերությունը մինչև հիմա չի վճարել «Նոր ալիքի» նախորդ տարվա մասնակցության լիցենզիայի գումարի մի մասը, որը նախատեսվում էր պայմանագրով: Արդյուքնում՝ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ վստահությունը պակասել է։ Ավելի ուշ Գրիգորը խնդրեց հեռացնել նյութը՝ նշելով, որ թյուրիմացություն է եղել և իր տեղեկությունները սխալ էին։ Երեկ «Շանթ» հեռուստաընկերությունը հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, որում նշվում էր, որ տեղեկությունները չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը և եթե Գրիգորը հերքում չտարածի, նրան դատի կտան։

BlogNews.am-ի հետ զրույցում Գրիգոր Կյոկչյանն ասաց. «Իմ տված հարցազրույցը թյուրիմացության առիթ դարձավ: Հարցազրույցի ընթացքում միտքս ճիշտ չձևակերպելու հետևանքով կարծիք էր ստեղծվել, թե «Շանթ» հեռուստաընկերությունը չի մարել «Նոր ալիք» մրցույթին նախորդ տարվա մասնակցության լիցենզիայի գումարի մի մասը: «Շանթ» հեռուստաընկերության արձագանքից դեռ մի քանի օր առաջ ինքս հասկանալով, որ թյուրիմացություն է եղել՝ խնդրեցի հեռացնել նյութը սկզբնաղբյուրից և բոլոր մնացած կայքերից: Հավատացնելով, որ ինքս ոչ մի խնդիր չունեմ որևէ հեռուստաընկերության հետ՝ հայցում եմ «Շանթ» ՀԸ ներողամտությունը՝ կապված թյուրիմացության արդյունքում ստեղծված տհաճ իրադրության հետ»:
