Թուրքիայի իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության (ԱԶԿ) եւ գլխավոր ընդդիմադիր Ժողովրդահանրապետական կուսակցության (ԺՀԿ) միջեւ մոտ մեկ ամիս շարունակվող բանակցությունների անարդյունք մնալը հիմք է տալիս ասելու, որ կոալիցիոն կառավարություն ձեւավորելու հարցում կողմերի միջեւ լուրջ տարակարծություններ կան, ինչը քաղաքական օրակարգ է մտցրել այդ երկրում արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու հարցը:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով թուրքական ԶԼՄ-ները, ԱԶԿ-ին չի հաջողվել կոալիցիոն կառավարություն ստեղծելու շուրջ համաձայնության գալ նաեւ հունիսի 7-ին անցկացված խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքներով խորհրդարանում 80-ական պատգամավորական աթոռներ զբաղեցրած Ազգայնական շարժում (ԱՇԿ) եւ քրդական Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության (ԺԴԿ) հետ:

Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում ներկայացված բոլոր կուսակցություններն արդեն խոսում են արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների գնալու անխուսափելիության մասին: Ենթադրվում է, որ Թուրքիայում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, հնարավոր է` անցկացվեն առաջիկա նոյեմբերին:

Օգոստոսի 3-ին ԱԶԿ-ի հետ անցկացված վերջին բանակցություններում համատեղ կոալիցիոն կառավարություն ձեւավորելու համար ԺՀԿ-ը վերջնական պահանջներ է առաջ քաշել:

Թուրքական Kanal7 հեռուստաալիքի փոխանցմամբ` ընդդիմության պահանջներից մեկն այն է, որ Թուրքիայի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը պետք է գլխավորեն ԺՀԿ-ի պատգամավորները:

Հունիսին ԺՀԿ-ը ԱԶԿ-ի հետ կոալիցիոն կառավարություն կազմելու համար առաջադրել էր իր պայմանները, ըստ որոնց` ԺՀԿ առաջնորդը պետք է երկու տարի ժամկետով գլխավորի Թուրքիայի կառավարությունը, բացի այդ, Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակը պետք է լինի ԺՀԿ անդամներից մեկը: Ընդդիմությունը նաեւ պահանջել էր արդարադատության, ներքին գործերի եւ կրթության նախարարների պորտֆելները:
