Կոռուպցիայի եւ կազմակերպված հանցագործությունների հետազոտության գծով վերլուծական կենտրոնի (OCCRT) զեկույցի համաձայն` Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի ավագ դուստրը` Լեյլա Ալիեւան Մոսկվայի մերձակայքում բազմամիմիլոնանոց առանձատուն ունի: Ալիեւայի ռուսաստանյան ամառանոցը գտնվում է Մոսկվայից 7 կմ հեռավորության վրա` Ռուբլյովսկի մայրուղու վրա գտնվող խիստ պատպանվող «Սադը Մայենդորֆ» ավանում:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է contact.az լրատվական կայքը, Ալիեւայի հարեւանները Forbes հանդեսի ցուցակի միլիոնատերերն են` Քրիստինա Օրբակայտեի նախկին ամուսին Ռուսլան Բայսարովը (Չեչնիայի ղեկավար Ռամզան Քադիրովի ընկերը), «Ռոսնեֆտ»-ի նախկին նախագահ Սերգեյ Բոգդանչիկովի որդին` Ալեքսեյը, Նովոլիպեցկի մետաղագործական կոմբինատի սեփականատեր Վլադիմիր Լիսինը, «Պրոգրես կապիտալ»-ի տնօրենների խորհրդի անդամ եւ համասեփականատեր Օլգա Բելյանցեւան, Պետդումայի մի քանի պատգա մավորներ եւ այլ բարձրաստիճան անձինք:

Ալիեւայի տնից մի փոքր հեռավորության վրա գտնվում է Նովո-Օգարեւո նստավայրը, որը Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հաճախ օգտագործում է մասնավոր ընդունելությունների համար:

OCCRP-ի փաստաթղթերի համաձայն` Լեյլա Ալիեւան Ռուբլյովկայում այդ տունը ձեռք է բերել 2006 թվականի մայիսին` Էմին Աղալարովի հետ ամուսնությունից անմիջապես հետո: Նրա տնօրինած հողատարածքի մակերեսը 76 հա է: Հողատարածքում երկու տուն կա` համապատասխանաբար 577 եւ 581 քառ.մ մակերեսով: Հողատարածքը շրջապատված է սոճու անտառով, կողքին լիճ կա:

Փորձագետների գնահատականներով` Ալիեւայի ամառանոցն արժե մի քանի տասնյակ միլիոն դոլար: Այդ ավանում տները վաճառվում են միջինը 37 մլն դոլարով:

OCCRP-ն բացահայտել է Ալիեւների ընտանիքին պատկանող կամ նրանց կողմից վերահսկվող մի քանի բիզնեսների մասին տեղեկատվություն: Հիշեցնենք, որ ներկայում Ադրբեջանում ձերբակալված հայտնի լրագրող Խադիջա Իսմայիլովան պարզել է, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի դուստրերը վերահսկում են երկրի խոշորագույն Azercell եւ Azerfon ընկերությունները (Ադրբեջանի բջջային կապի շուկայի երեք քառորդը): Բացի այդ, Ալիեւների ընտանիքին են պատկանում մի քանի շքեղ հյուրանոցներ, առողջարաններ եւ անշարժ գույք Դուբայում եւ Ադրբեջանում:
