 Առաջավոր փորձի փոխանակման նպատակով օգոստոսի 6-7-ը Հայաստանում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հարկային ծառայության պատվիրակությունը` Դաշնային հարկային ծառայության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Դիմիտրի Գրիգորենկոյի գլխավորությամբ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, պատվիրակությունը ծանոթացել է մեր երկրում 2013-2014թթ-ների ընթացքում կիրառության մեջ դրված դրոշմապիտակների ներդրման, օգտագործման, հաշվառման և հսկողության խնդիրներին և գործընթացներին:

ՀՀ Ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Ալավերդյանը, կարևորելով փորձի փոխանակումը, ընդգծել է, որ հատկապես տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցությունը բավականին խորն է: ՌԴ Դաշնային հարկային ծառայության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Դիմիտրի Գրիգորենկոյի խոսքով` ռուսական պատվիրակությունը տպավորված է Ֆինանսների նախարարության էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգով, հատկապես առցանց գործընթացների բարձր մակարդակով: ՌԴ-ում ակցիզային դրոշմապիտակները սահմանափակ քանակությամբ կիրառվում են միայն ենթաակցիզային ապրանքների նկատմամբ:

Նախարարությունում Ռուսաստանի պատվիրակությանը ներկայացվել են նախորդ 2 տարվա ընթացքում, մասնավորապես, դեղորայքի, պահածոների, օծանելիքի և պիտակավորման ենթակա մյուս ապրանքների ներդրման խնդիրներն ու նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները, հատկապես էլեկտրոնային հաշվառման և հսկողության գործող համակարգը: Պատվիրակության անդամները տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի հայ ծրագրավորողների հետ քննարկել են առցանց ռեժիմով դրոշմապիտակների կիրառման ու հսկողության ամբողջ գործընթացը:

Հաշվի առնելով Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկրներում փորձնական ներդրվող մորթուց պատրաստված ապրանքների նկատմամբ նախատեսված պիտակավորման գործընթացը` հայկական կողմի համար օգտակար է եղել ծանոթանալ սպասվող գործընթացի վերաբերյալ ռուսական մոտեցումներին` հնարավորինս նույնականացնելով պիտակների կիրառման և հսկողության գործընթացները: Հյուրերին ներկայացվել է նաև Հայաստանում Նոր սերնդի ՀԴՄՆ-ների կիրառման, մասնավորապես, էլեկտրոնային եղանակով տեղեկատվության հավաքագրման գործընթացը: «Մեր երկրում ներդրված նոր սերնդի ՀԴՄ-ները` «ամբողջ մեկում» տերմինալը աշխարհում համարվում է լավագույն փորձերից մեկը: Ռուսաստանը ևս հետքրքրված է այս փորձի ուսումնասիրությամբ` իրենց երկրում ներդնելու առումով»,-տեղեկացրել է ՖՆ Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ենթակառուցվածքների ներդրման և զարգացման վարչության պետ Միքայել Փաշայանը:

Դաշնության պատվիրակության անդամները Կենտրոնի հարկային տեսչությունում ծանոթացել են նաև հարկ վճարողների սպասարկման գործառույթներին:
