Ինչպես հայտնում է Orer.am-ը, այսօր «Զարկերակ» մամուլի ակումբում հասարակական սննդի վայրերում մատուցվող մթերքի որակին ու թունավորումների վտանգին է անդրադարձել «Սպառողների խորհրդատվության կենտրոն» ՀԿ նախագահ Կարեն Չիլինգարյանը: Վերջինս իր խոսքում ասաց, որ ջերմաստիճանի կտրուկ բարձրացումը լրացուցիչ ռիսկեր է առաջացնում: Եթե ձմռան կամ գարնան ամիսներին սնունդը փչանում է 1-2 օրվա ընթացքում, ապա ամռանը՝ մի քանի ժամում: Մի թեթև շեղման հետևանքով սննդի մեջ առաջանում են ինչ-որ վտանգավոր տոքսիններ: Բանախոսը խորհուրդ տվեց սպառողներին այս եղանակին օգտագործել հիմնականում բանջարեղեն:

«Այս պայմաններում աղցաններից քիչ օգտվեք, հատկապես հասարակական սննդի վայրերում: Օգտագործեք հիմնականում բանջարեղեն, խուսափեք մսամթերքից: Մարդիկ հաճախ զարմանում են, որ սառնարանում դրված ուտելիքը փչանում է: Ուզում եմ նշել, որ այս եղանակին սառնարանը պետք է դնել ուժեղ սառեցման ռեժիմի վրա, որ հնարավոր լինի սնունդը պահել»,- խորհուրդ տվեց վերջինս:

Ըստ Կարեն Չիլինգարյանի՝ Սննդի անվտանգության պետական տեսչությունը պետք է ավելի շատ հնարավորություններ և իրավունքներ ունենա ստուգումներ անցկացնելու: «Բայց մեզ մոտ հաճախակի ստուգումնեեր անցկացվում են միայն բարձր ռիսկայնություն ունեցող կետերում, ինչը սխալ է: Մինչև 70 մլն ապրանքաշրջանառություն ունեցողներ հաստատություններում ստուգումներ են անցկացվում միայն վարչապետի թույլտվությամբ: Դա իհարկե լավ է, արվում է, որպեսզի փոքր և միջին բիզնեսը չտուժի, բայց կարծում եմ՝ սննդի հետ առնչություն ունեցող կետերին դա չպետք է վերաբերի»,- ասաց բանախոսը:

Նա նաև նշեց, որ ցանկացած քաղաքացի կարող է սննդի կետերից պահանջել սերտիֆիկացման փաստաթուղթը: «Դա պետք է փակցված լինի տեսանելի վայրում, բայց եթե փակցված չէ, քաղաքացին իրավունք ունի պահանջել, որ իրեն ներկայացնեն»,- տեղեկացրեց նա:

Անդրադառնալով վերջերս ռեստորաններից մեկում գրանցված թունավորման դեպքին՝ Կարեն Չիլինգարյանն ասաց, որ Սննդի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը ստուգումներ է անցկացրել: «Գիտեմ, որ ստուգումներ են անցկացրել, պարբերաբար փորձում եմ ճշտել՝ ինչ է պարզվել, սակայն դեռ պատասխան չկա»,- ասաց նա:
