 Թուրքիայի քրդաբնակ Շըրնաքի ժողովրդական խորհրդարանը, որի կազմում է նաեւ Դեմոկրատական տարածաշրջանների կուսակցությունը (DBP) , դեմոկրատական ինքնավարություն է հայտարարել: Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է, որ «քաղաքում գտնվող բոլոր պետական կառույցները կորցրել են օրինականությունը, եւ որպես ժողովուրդ, հիմք ընդունելով ինքնակառավարումը, կկառուցեն սեփական ժողովրդավարական կյանքը»:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով թուրքական «Ջումհուրիեթ» թերթը, տարբեր քրդական քաղաքական կուսակցություններից եւ կազմավորումներից կազմված Շըրնաքի ժողովրդական խորհրդարանից այդ առնչությամբ հրապարակված հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է, որ Ուրֆայի Սուրուչ քաղաքում քրդական երիտասարդական կազմակերպությունների կողմից կազմակերպված միջոցառման ժամանակ տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչական պայթյունից հետո, որի ժամանակ 32 մարդ սպանվել, 100-ից ավելի մարդ էլ վիրավորվել էր, ԹուրքիայÕ « իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցությունը «պատերազմ է հայտարարել Քուրդիստանին»:

«Սիլոփիում քրդերի դեմ ոչնչացման հարձակումներով իրագործված կոտորածի դիմաց, որպես Շըրնաքի ժողովրդական խորհրդարան, չմերժելով պետությանը, մենք այլեւս չենք քայլելու պետական կառույցների հետ: Մեզ համար քաղաքում գտնվող բոլոր պետական կառույցներն արդեն կորցրել են օրինականությունը», -ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:

DBP-ի Շըրնաքի բաժանմունքի  ղեկավար Սալիհ Գյուլենչը թերթի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ քաղաքում ինքնավարություն հայտարարելուց հետո բնակչությունը չի ենթարկվելու պետության կողմից նշանակված ղեկավարներին:

«Քաղաքում գտնվող բոլոր պետական կառույցները մեզ համար կորցրել են օրինականությունը: Պետության կողմից նշանակված ղեկավարներն այլեւս չեն կարող ղեկավարել այստեղ: Այսուհետեւ ինքներս ենք մեզ պաշտպանելու բոլոր հարձակումներից: Սրանից հետո մենք ենք ղեկավարելու մեզ», -ասել է նա:
