«Եվրասիական երիտասարդական խորհրդարանի» նախագահ Անդրանիկ Նիկողոսյանի անունը վերջին շրջանում չի իջնում լրատվամիջոցներից: Պարզվում է՝ նրա դեմ բողոք է ներկայացվել ոչ միայն դաժան ծեծի և բռնաբարության փորձի համար, այլև ուրիշի սեփականությունն ապօրինի տնօրինելու: Մի քանի ամիս է՝ Շիրակի մարզի դատարանում դատ է ընթանում. Կարինե Ավդալյանը դիմել է դատարան վերջինիս «Առաջ Ռուսաստան-Հայաստան Ռուս-Հայկական բարեգործական հիմնադրամի» վտարման պահանջով:

 Պարզվում է՝ հայցվորը Գյումրիի Իսահակյան 41 հասցեում գտնվող իր տարածքը դեռևս 2012թ. վարձակալությամբ տվել է հիմնադրամին, և նրանք այժմ չեն ազատում այն: Դատավոր Արմեն Խաչատրյանն արդեն 6 ամիս է՝ դատ է անում, որի ընթացքում նաև հակընդդեմ հայց է ներկայացվել գործարքը վավեր ճանաչելու պահանջով: Մեզ պատմեցին, որ հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչը դատարանում բազմիցս հայտարարել է, թե իրենց թիկունքին ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինն է կանգնած, և դատը պարտվելու դեպքում հօգուտ իրենց խառնվելու է ՌԴ դեսպանը: Վերջին դատական նիստն օգոստոսի 9-ին էր»,–գրում է թերթը։
