Հունաստանը եւ Ադրբեջանը քննարկել են գազի փոխադրման եւ բաշխիչ ցանցի հունական DESFA օպերատորի բաժնետոսմերի փաթեթի վաճառքը Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերությանը (SOCAR):

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Թրենդ» լրատվական գործակալությունը, Հունաստանի արտադրական բարեփոխումների, շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության եւ էներգետիկայի նախարարության կողմից այդ առնչությամբ տարածված հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է, որ հարցը քննարկել են նախարար Փանոս Սկուրլետիսը եւ SOCAR Energy S.A. Greece ընկերության տնօրեն Անար Մամեդովը:

Քննարկման ժամանակ հույն նախարարն ասել է, որ Հունաստանի կառավարությունը քննարկում է DESFA-ի 49 տոկոս բաժնեմասը SOCAR-ին վաճառելու հնարավորության հարցը:

SOCAR-ը դեռեւս 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերին հաղթող էր ճանաչվել DESFA-ում մասնակցության 66 տոկոս մասնեբաժնի վաճառքի գծով հայտարարված հայտամրցույթում: Հունաստանում կառավարության փոփոխությունից հետո Աթենքը վերանայել է այդ հայտամրցույթը եւ հրաժարվել DESFA-ի բաժնետոմսերի փաթեթի որոշիչ մասը վաճառել SOCAR-ին: Ներկայում այդ գործարքը քննարկվում է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի մրցակցության գծով տնօրինության կողմից, եւ այդ գործառույթը կշարունակվի մինչեւ տարեվերջ:

Նույն օրը նախարար Սկուրլետիսը հանդիպել է Անդրադրիատիկ գազատարի (TAP) կոնսորցիումի տնօրեն Յան Բրեդշոուի, արտաքին կապերի տնօրեն Մայքլ Հովմանի եւ Հունաստանի գծով TAP-ի տնօրեն Ռիկարդ Սկուֆիասի հետ:

Կողմերը տեխնիկական հարցեր են քննարկել եւ պայմանավորվել մոտ ժամանակում հանդիպել ու որոշել TAP-ին հունական կողմի մասնակցության հետ կապված հարցեր:

TAP նախագծով նախատեսվում է Եվրամիության երկրներ ադրբեջանական գազի փոխադրում «Շահ Դենիզ» գազակոնդենսատային հանքավայրից:

870 կմ ընդհանուր երկարությամբ խողովակաշարը թուրք-հունական սահմանին գտնվող Կիպա քաղաքի մոտ պետք է միացվի Անդրանատոլիական գազատարին (TANAP), հետո կանցնի Հունաստան, Ալբանիա, իսկ հետո Միջերկրական ծովի հատակով Իտալիայի հարավ:

Խողովակաշարի շինարարությունը ծրագրվում է սկսել 2016 թվականին:

TAP-ի սկզբնական հզորությունը պետք է կազմի տարեկան 10 մլրդ խոր.մ, որը հետագայում պետք է հասցվի 20 մլրդ խոր.մ-ի: Ենթադրվում է, որ «Շահ Դենիզ-2» նախագծի շրջանակում առաջին գազը TAP-ով Եվրոպա կփոխադրվի 2020 թվականի սկզբին:

TAP-ի բաժնետերեր են հանդիսանում բրիտանական BP (20 տոկոս), ադրբեջանական SOCAR (20 տոկոս), Statoil (20 տոկոս), Fluxys (19 տոկոս), Enagas (16 տոկոս), Axpo (5 տոկոս) ընկերությունները:
