Շիրակի հակակարկտային կայանների թիվն ավելացավ ևս 3-ով

 Շիրակի մարզում հակակարկտային կայանների թիվն ավելացավ ևս 3-ով: Նոր կայանները տեղադրվեցին  մարզի Արթիկի տարածաշրջանի Անուշավան գյուղի դաշտերում: Կայաններից 2-ը տեղադրվել են ՀՀ պետության կողմից համայնքներին հատկացված հրատապ խնդիրների լուծման ծրագրի և համայնքի համատեղ ֆինանսական ներդրումներով, իսկ երրորդը` ամբողջությամբ համայնքի հաշվին: Ինչպես լրագրող ներին տեղեկացրեց Անուշավան համայնքի ղեկավար Երվանդ Հակոբյանը, կայանները տեղադրվեցին այն հատվածում, որը գրեթե միշտ կարկտահարվում էր:

«2014 թվականի հուլիսի 7-ին տեղացած կարկտահարության պատճառով  200 հեկտար տարածքում  վնասը կազմեց 80 տոկոս, բերքահավաք այս տարածքում կարելի է ասել չկատարվեց: Արդյունքում հացահատիկային ցանքատարածությունները հնձվեցին որպես խոտ: Խնդրի հետ կապված դիմեցի Շիրակի մարզպետին, և ՀՀ վարչապետի Շիրակի մարզ կատարած վերջին այցի ընթացքում խնդիրը բարձրացվեց: Արդյունքը սպասեցնել չտվեց. համայնքի և մարզի հրատապ խնդիրների լուծման ծրագրի շրջանակներում գնվեց 2 կայան, ևս 1-ը համայնքն իր միջոցներով ձեռք բերեց»,-նշեց  Երվանդ Հակոբյանը:

Հակակարկտային  կայանները «Զենիթ» տիպի հայկական արտադրության կայաններ են` յուրաքնաչյուրը  3500-4 մլն դրամ արժողությամբ: Տարածքի տեղադրման խնդիրը լուծվել է մասնագետների օգնությամբ՝ իրարից 1 կմ հեռավորության վրա: «Սա կարկտաբեր ամպի հարավային ճակատն է, որը նաև փակում  է ոչ միայն Անուշավան համայնքը, այլ Գետափ, Սպանդարյան, Արևշատ համայնքները: Սա շատ կարևոր հանգույց է, քանի որ ձախ հատվածում Մեղրաշեն համայնքի կայաններն են, որոնք միասին կկազմեն ցանց»,-նշեց համայնքի ղեկավարը կարևորելով մարզում ռադիոլոկացիոն ցանցի ներդրումը, ինչը մարզում չկա:

Տեղադրված այս հակակարկտային կայանները կլուծեն մոտ 240 հեկտարի խնդիր, ավելին, հարևան Մեղրաշեն համայնքի հետ կազմելով ցանց` արդյունավետ կգործեն նաև հարակից համայնքների համար: Թեև տեխնիկական լուծումներով նմանատիպ 1 կայանն ունի 70 տոկոս արդյունավետություն, բայց 100 տոկոսով կապահովի, եթե, իհարկե, խոսքը չորրորդ աստիճանի կարկտահարության մասին չէ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Շիրակի մարզպետարանի գյուղատնտեսության վարչության պետ Մովսես Մանուկյանը, մարզում այս պահին արդեն կա 58 կայան, թեև սա մարզի պահանջի քիչ տոկոսն  է: Մարզում միայն սահմաննային գոտում  պահանջվում է ևս  60 հակակարկտային կայան: Մարզում տեղադրված 58 կայաններից միայն 30 են սահմանային գոտու վրա: Մարզի տարածք կարկտաբեր ամպերը թափանցում են հիմնականում այս տարածքից:
