Թուրքիայի քաղաքական դաշտում լարված մթնոլորտը ու թուրք-քրդական հարաբերությունների լարումը գնալով խորանում է: Ի՞նչ սպասել հետագայում ու ինչպե՞ս այս իրավիճակը կարող է անդրադառնալ Հայաստանի վրա:

Այս հարցերի պատասխանները ստանալու նպատակով Orer.am-ը զրուցեց թուրքագետ Անդրանիկ Իսպիրյանի հետ:

«Թուրքիայում հունիսի 7-ին տեղի ունեցած խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության ոչ բավարար քվեները ստիպեցին նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին գնալ երկրում իրավիճակի սրման՝ վաղաժամ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու համար։ Եւ ներկայում Թուրքիայում խիստ սրված է ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը, իսկ քրդերի հետ հարաբերությունները գրեթե հասել են պատերազմական մակարդակի»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց թուրքագետը:

Անդրադառնալով այս իրավիճակի հնարավոր ազդեցությանը Հայաստանի վրա՝ մեր զրուցակիցը ասաց. «Թուրքիայում ներքաղաքական լարվածությունն ուղղակի ազդեցություն չունի Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների վրա շատ պարզ պատճառով. Թուրքիան Հայաստանի հետ չունի հարաբերություններ։

Սակայն պետք է շեշտել, որ Թուրքիայի ներքին խնդիրները թուլացնում են պետությունը, ստիպում նրան ինչ-որ ժամանակով չկենտրոնանալ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման աշխատանքների դեմ քայլերի վրա»։

Խոսելով Թուրքիայի ու քրդերի միջև եղած լարվածության մասին՝ թուրքագետը նշեց, որ թուրքական իշխանությունները քրդերի հետ հարաբերությունները հասցրել են գրեթե պատերազմական իրավիճակի. «Թուրքական իշխանությունները Ուրֆա նահանգում իսլամիստների կազմակերպած ահաբեկչությունից հետո հայտարարեցին «Իսլամական պետության» թիրախիների դեմ օդային հարվածների մասին, սակայն ավելի ուշ պարզվեց, որ թուրքական օդուժը պարզապես ուժգին ռմբակոծության է ենթարկել PKK-ի (Քուրդիստանի բանվորական կուսակցություն) Հյուսիսային Իրաքում գտնվող ճամբարները՝ քրդերին պատճառելով լրջագույն մարդկային կորուստներ։

Սրան ի պատասխան՝ քուրդ զինյալները պատասխան գործողություններ են սկսել Թուրքիայում զինվորականների եւ ոստիկանների դեմ։

Անդրադառնալով քրդերի եւ հայերի հարաբերություններին՝ մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց, որ այս պահին դրանք գտնվում են բարեկամական մակարդակի վրա. «Հայ-քրդական շփումները հիմնականում տեղի են ունենում հայ պատգամավորների եւ քուրդ քաղաքապետերի միջեւ։ Համահայկական խաղերին մասնակցելու համար Վանից, Բիթլիսից եւ Դիարբեքիրից քուրդ քաղաքապետերի այցը Հայաստան ցույց տվեց, որ նրանք, չնայած Թուրքիայի քրդաբնակ վայրերում տիրող լարվածությանը, չեն ցանկացել մերժել հայկական կողմին եւ այցելեցին Հայաստան»։
