 ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնում օգոստոսի 20-21-ին ահազանգեր են ստացվել հանրապետության տարբեր խոտածածկ տարածքներում բռնկված հրդեհների վերաբերյալ:  Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, մասնավորապես, Երևանի «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի մոտակայքում այրվել է 2000 քմ խոտածածկ տարածք, Գայի պողոտայում` 200 քմ, Թբիլիսյան խճուղում գտնվող դատարանի մոտակայքում` 300 քմ, Ձորագյուղի Ազգագրական թաղամասի թիվ 15/16 հասցեում գտնվող Փարաջանովի անվան տուն-թանգարանի մոտակայքում` 300 քմ, Բրյուսով թաղամասի թիվ 63 շենքի մոտակայքում` 500 քմ, Նոր Խարբերդի ամառանոցների Անտառային փողոցում գտնվող ջրապոմպակայանի մոտակայքում` 2000 քմ խոտածածկ տարածք:

Կոտայքի մարզի Գետամեջ գյուղի թռչնանոցի մոտակայքում այրվել է 3000 քմ խոտածածկ տարածք, Քանաքեռավան գյուղի 14-րդ փողոցի թիվ 36 շենքի մոտակայքում` 2000 քմ, Աբովյան քաղաքի Սարալանջ թաղամասի գերեզմանատան տարածքում` 2 հա, Սարալանջի փողոցում` 3000 քմ, «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Արզնի անտառտնտեսության տարածքում` 3 հա անտառապատ տարածք, Շիրակի մարզի Բենիամին գյուղի Կարկաչան ռեստորանի մոտակայքում` 63 հա, Աբովյան-Ջրաբեր ավտոճանապարհի 1-ին կմ-ի ձախակողմյան հատվածում` 1000 քմ, Արզնի-Բյուրեղավան ավտոճանապարհի խաչմերուկին հարակից տարածքում` 3 հա, Եղվարդ-Աշտարակ ավտոճանապարհի 11-րդ կմ-ի ձախակողմյան հատվածում` 1.2 հա, Գառնի-Բանավան ավտոճանապարհի 4 կմ-ի աջակողմյան հատվածում` 15 հա, Ապարան-Աշտարակ ավտոճանապարհի 12-րդ կմ-ի մոտակայքում` 5000 քմ, Ալափարս-Սոլակ ավտոճանապարհի 7-րդ կմ-ի մոտակայքում` 1 հա, Հրազդան-Զովաբեր ավտոճանապարհին` գազալցակայանի մոտակայքում` 3000 քմ խոտածածկ տարածք:

Տավուշի մարզի Բերդ քաղաքի «Արդամ» կոչվող հանդամասում այրվել է 1 հա խոտածածկ տարածք, Աչաջուր գյուղի մոտակայքում` 5 հա, Այգեհովիտ գյուղի հանդամասում` 3 հա, Սյունիքի մարզի Բռնակոթ գյուղի հարակից տարածքում` 200 քմ, Գորիս քաղաքի Այգեստան փողոցի վերջնամասում` մարզադաշտի տարածքում` 4000 քմ, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գավառ քաղաքի Ազատության փողոցի թիվ 30 շենքի մոտակայքում` 200 քմ, Գավառ քաղաքի գերեզմանատան տարածքում` 1000 քմ, Արագածոտնի մարզի Ներքին Սասնաշեն գյուղի մոտակայքում այրվել է 5000 քմ խոտածածկ տարածք:
