Վերջին շրջանում գիշերային ակումբները հաճախ են հայտնվում մամուլի ուշադրության կենտրոնում՝ աղմկահարույց պատմությունների և «թեժ» երեկոների պատճառով:
Վերջին թարմ օրինակը. օգոստոսի 27-ի կեսգիշերին, Բաղրամյան պողոտայում գտնվող «Շարլոտ» գիշերային ակումբում, թեժ ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել:
Ականատեսների պատմելով, մի խումբ հաճախորդներ վիճաբանել են, ապա ծեծել միմյանց՝ հասցնելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Ծեծը շարունակել են ակումբի մոտ, որտեղ ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկաններն են միջամտել ու բերման ենթարկել միջադեպի մասնակիցներին:
Միջադեպը հրահրողները, ըստ մամուլի հրապարակումների, Կենտրոնի հարկային տեսչության պետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն ու ՊԵԿ-ում ԱԱԾ ներկայացուցիչ Արսեն Ղազարյանն են, ովքեր ֆինանսների նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի հրամանով արդեն ազատվել են աշխատանքից:
Սա, ցավոք, ոչ առաջին, ոչ էլ վերջին դեպքն է, որ տեղի է ունենում գիշերային ակումբներում: Նմանատիպ հաստատությունների թիվը Երևանում աճեց հատկապես կազինոների փակմանը զուգընթաց: Սակայն մայրաքաղաքային կյանքը խեղաթյուրվեց առավել մեծ թափով: Ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ գիշերային ակումբները վերածվել են թմրամոլների, թրաֆիկինգի և ծեծկռտուքների որջի:
Բազմաթիվ նման հաստատություններ տեղակայված են Երևանի բնակելի շենքերի առաջին հարկերում և բնակիչների կողմից հաճախ են հնչում դժգոհություններ, որ մերձակա տարածքում ամեն առավոտ հանդիպում են դեն նետված ներարկիչներ և պահպանակներ: Այս ամենին գումարենք բնակիչների հանգիստը խանգարելու չընդհատվող պրակտիկան և հաճախակի ծեծկռտուքների պատճառով շենքերում աղմուկ-աղաղակի անընդհատ առկայությունը՝ պարզ է դառնում, թե ինչպես են հանուն իրենց եկամուտի մարդկանց կյանքը վերածում մղձավանջի:
Ժամանակն է, որ գիշերային ակումբները ևս հետևեն կազինոների օրինակին և տեղափոխվեն բնակավայրերից հեռու: Հայտնի է, որ իրականացվող անվտանգության ծառայություններից բարդագույնը զվարճանքի գիշերային հաստատությունների պահպանությունն է: Անհրաժեշտ է կտրուկ օրենսդրական միջամտություն, հակառակ պարագայում արդեն շատ շուտով երևանում ականատես կլինենք մի իրավիճակի, որը արդեն բնութագրական է աշխարհի շատ քաղաքների համար, երբ թրաֆիկինգն ու թմրանյութերի առևտուրը ծաղկում են պետության հենց քթի տակ:
Հայտնի է նաև, որ գիշերային շատ ակումբների պարուհիներ միաժամանակ բացահայտորեն մատուցում են սեքս-ծառայություններ, այսինքն՝ մարմնավաճառությունը ստանում է լեգալ բնույթ և որևէ կերպ չի կանխվում պետական օղակների կողմից: Մի տեսակ ստացվում է, որ այդ ակումբները պետություն են՝ պետության մեջ՝ իրենց թմրամոլների, մարմնավաճառների և «հաբռգածների» ցանցով: Ու այս իրավիճակը այսպես չի կարող շարունակվել...
Եթե, իհարկե, այս բարձիթողի վիճակը պետության կողմից խրախուսանքի ձև չէ՝ վերոնշյալ երևույթների տարածման և ազգային արժեքի վերածվելու համար...
