Օրերս ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսին ուղղված իր նամակում հայտարարել էր, որ մտադիր է շարունակել տնտեսական ճնշումն Իրանի նկատմամբ նույնիսկ միջուկային ծրագրի վերաբերյալ գործարքի՝ կոնգրեսականների կողմից հավանության արժանանալուց հետո:

Արված հայտարարության եւ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից սպասվելիք քայլերի մասին Orer.am-ը զրուցեց քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցի հետ:

«ԱՄՆ-ն շատ լավ պատկերացնում է, որ Կոնգրեսով չեն անցկացնի Իրանի հետ կնքված համաձայնագիրը: Խնդիրն այն է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն ցանկանում է մեղքը բարդել հակառակ կողմի վրա: Վերջերս Լավրովն անգամ ասել էր, որ եթե այս անգամ գործընթացը տապալվի, ապա պատասխանատու է լինելու ԱՄՆ-ն: Ի դեպ, Լավրովի այս կարծիքին միացել է նաեւ Չինաստանի արտգործնախարարը»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը հավելելով, թե ատոմային զենքը միշտ պատրվակ է եղել գերտերությունների համար:

«Ատոմային զենքի հետ կապված խոսակցությունները իրականությանը երբեք չեն համապատասխանել: ԱՄՆ-ն ամեն պատրվակով առաջ է քաշում այդ հարցը»,- ասաց վերջինս: Ըստ քաղաքագետի՝ Օբամայի այս հայտարարությունը պարզապես պարարտ հող է ԱՄՆ հաջորդ վարչախմբի քայլերի եւ արդարացումների համար:

«Բոլորը, այդ թվում՝ նաեւ ԱՄՆ-ի իշխանությունները, լավ գիտեն, որ Օբաման չի կիրառելու այդ համաձայնագիրը, այդ իսկ պատճառով ԱՄՆ-ն հիմա հող է նախապատրաստում, որ գալիք վարչակազմն արդարացում ունենա: Ասեմ, որ Պարսկաստանն այս ամենի հետ կապված շատ հստակ պայման է դրել, որը լիակատար աջակցություն է ստացել ե´ւ Ռուսաստանի, ե´ւ Չինաստանի կողմից, որոնք արդեն բացահայտ ցույց են տալիս, որ պատրաստվում են պատերազմի:

Եկեք խոստովանենք, որ այն ինչ արեց Չինաստանը 2015 թվականին` նորացնելով իր ռազմական դոկտրինան, նշանակում էր, որ տվյալ երկիրն ակտիվորեն պատրաստվում է պատերազմի հենց ԱՄՆ-ի հետ: Նույն բացահայտ գործելաոճն է ցուցադրում Ռուսաստանը: Բոլորն էլ լավ գիտեն, որ Ռուսաստանի բանակի պես Եվրոպայում մրցակից չկա: Եթե պատերազմ լինի միավորված Եվրոպայի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ, ապա այն կտեւի ամենաշատը մեկ ամիս»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը՝ ուշադրություն հրավիրելով վերջին ժամանակներս Պարսկաստանի կողմից արված հայտարարություններին:

«Եկեք ուշադրություն դարձնենք, թե օգոստոսին ինչ հայտարարություններ են արել Պարսկաստանի առաջատար դեմքերը: Պարսկաստանը օրերս հայտարարեց, որ իրենք չեն մոռացել, թե ով է իրենց թշնամին, հայտարարեցին նաեւ, թող ԱՄՆ-ն չընկնի երազանքների գիրկը եւ եթե Պարսկաստանում ինչ-որ բան փոփոխվի, ապա չի փոխվի Պարսկաստանի վարած քաղաքականությունը տարածաշրջանում: Այս հայտարարությունները վկայում են այն մասին, որ Եվրասիական մայրցամաքի երեք հսկա պետությունները միավորվում են եւ պատրաստվում են պատերազմել ԱՄՆ-ի դեմ: Հենց սա է պատճառը, որ ԱՄՆ-ն նման հայտարարություն է արել»,- խոսքը եզրափակեց Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցը:
