Սիրիական բանակը Հալեպում մեծ վնասներ է պատճառել «Ջաբհա ան Նուսրա» և «Իսլամական պետություն» խմբավորումներին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով սիրիական ՍԱՆԱ գործակալությունը, ռազմական աղբյուրների տեղեկացմամբ` բանակը ռազմական գործողություններ է ծավալել Բանի Զեյդ, ալ Լիրմուն, Ռաշիդին թաղամ ասերում, որոնց հետևանքով տասնյակ ահաբեկիչներ են սպանվել, նաև ոչնչացվել են նրանց զենքերը: Բանակը կանխել է ահաբեկիչների` Զահրա թաղամաս մտնելու փորձը: Բանակի ստորաբաժանումներից մեկը հարվածներ է հասցրել Մանսուրա գյուղում գտնվող ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների հավաքատեղիներին, որոնց հետևանքով ահաբեկիչներ են սպանվել:

Ահաբեկիչները վնասներ են կրել նաև Շեյխ Լուտֆի գյուղում և Սաֆիրա քաղաքի արևելքում:

Նախօրեին Դամասկոսի Ջարամանա արվարձանը «Ջեյշ ալ Իսլամ» խմբավորման կողմից ռմբակոծության է ենթարկվել, որի հետևանքով 11 մարդ է վիրավորվել: Ոստիկանությունից տեղեկացրել են, որ ավելի վաղ 40 ռումբեր են պայթել փողոցներում, ապա պայթել են ևս 11-ը: Ռումբերի ընկնելու հետևանքով երեքամյա երեխա է զոհվել, ավելի քան 30 մարդ է վիրավորվել: Ռումբերն ընկել են Բաղդադի փոողոցում, Մազրաա, Ադաուի, Կոսուր, Ռուքն ադ Դին, Զաբլատանի, Բաբ Թումա և Բաբ Շարկի թաղամասերում:

Սիրիայում, ՄԱԿ-ի տվյալներով, չորս տարուց ավելի շարունակվող բախումների զոհ է դարձել ավելի քան 220 հազար մարդ:
