Հրազդանի կիրճը օգնություն է հայցում, իսկ Հրազդան գետը' մեր Զանգուն ցավից, անօգնականությունից, անճարությունից, անտարբերությունից գոռում է, ճչում ու մղկտում…

Դարդից, աղբից, աղտեղությունից, անուշադրությունից չորացել է, մամռակալել, ճահճացել, կանգնել էկոլոգիական աղետի առաջ: 90-ականներին և հետագայում նույնպես Հրազդանի կրճը' Երևանի այդ գողտրիկ, գեղատեսիլ անկյունը, երևանցիների սիրած հանգստավայրը բաժան-բաժան արվեց, իրար հետևից ծլեցին <<վետերոկներն>> ու փոր կշտացնելու մյուս վայրերը և իրենց աղտեղությունները լցրեցին Հրազդանի կիրճը, Զանգու գետը' աղբ, կոյուղաջրեր, ուտելիքի և այլ զանազան մնցորդներ ու իրեր: Գետը կամ ավելի շուտ երբեմնի գետը ճահճացել է, խեղճացել ու դարձել մի կեղտոտ, անորոշ բաղադրության զանգված…Դարձել նաև ալկոհոլիկների, ԲՈՄԺ-երի , իրենցից հետո աղբակույտեր թողող կճղակավորների, ավտոմեքենաները լվացող երկոտանիների գործունեության, գարշահոտության տարածման վայր:

Էլ չեմ խոսում գետի ձախափնյա ճանապարհի, կամրջակների, ջրվեժների, նախնադարյան մանկական երկաթուղու,մնացյալ մանկական կարուսելների և ատրակցիոնների անմխիթար վիճակի մասին: Մինչդեռ ինչ հրաշք հանգստի գոտի կարող էր լինել այդ գեղատեսիլ կիրճը, ինչ հրաշալի հանգստավայր: Ինչ դրախտի անկյուն կարելի էր դարձնել Երևանի կենտրոնում անճաշակ ու տձև շենքերը աննպատակ տնկելու փոխարեն, այն ուշադրության ու հոգատարության կենտրոնում պահելու դեպքում…

Իսկ հիմա ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք…Հիմա այն դարձել է որկրամոլների, իրենց փորի մեծությամբ հպարտացողների, տառփալից խնջույքներ կատարող սուբյեկտների հանգստի ու ժամանցի վայրը և ծառայում է միայն ու միայն նրանց….
