ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ սահամանդրական փոփոխությունների նախագծի շուրջ ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ Հայաստանի քրիստոնեա-դեմոկրատական միություն (ՀՔԴՄ) կուսակցության նախագահ Խոսրով Հարությունյանը փաստել է, որ ՀՀ-ում ձևավորվել է կառուցողական բանավեճ և երկխոսություն երկրի մայր օրենքի շուրջ: 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ սահմանադրական բար եփոխումների գործընթացը բավականին արդյունավետորեն առաջ է գնում և դրան էապես նպաստել է այն, որ սահմանադրության նախագիծը շրջանառության մեջ է դրվել բավականին վաղ փուլում, ինչն էլ կանխորոշել է այդ արդյունավետությունը: 

«ՀՔԴՄ-ն ներկայացրել է 42 էջ առաջարկ-մեկնաբանություն, որոնք քննարկվել են ՀՀ նախագահին կից սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանձնաժողովի հետ: Առաջարկների մի ստվար հատված հաշվի է առնվել և ընդունվել: Օրինակ` նախագծով նախատեսվում է վարչապետին անվստահություն հայտնելու գործընթացի հնարավորություն ընձեռել վեցամսյա ժամկետում: Մենք առաջարկել ենք այդ ժամկետը սահմանել գոնե մեկ տարի, քանի որ որևէ կառավարություն այդ ժամկետում չի կարողանա իրեն վերապահված գործառույթները հաջողությամբ իրականացնել, անգամ հաջողությամբ աշխատել ներդրողների հետ: Այդ առաջարկը հանձնաժողովի կողմից ընդունվել է»,- ասաց ՀՔԴՄ  նախագահը:

Խոսրով Հարությունյանի դիտարկմամբ` սահմանադրական բարեփոխումները երկրում պահանջված էին, քանի որ պետությունը, քաղաքական ուժերը հասունացել են: «Մեր ընկալումներն ավելի են, քան գործող սահմանադրությամբ ամրագրված դրույթները, ուստի նոր սահմանադրության պահանջն ակնհայտ է»,- նկատեց ՀՔԴՄ առաջնորդը:

Անդրանառնալով սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների շուրջ ՀՀ նախագահի մոտ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ կազմակերպվող քննարկումների արդյունքներին և դրանց տարբեր կուսակցությունների մասնակցությանը, որոնք մինչ այս ոչ միանշանակ էին արտահայտվում ՀՀ նախագահի հետ հանդիպման հետ կապված`  Խոսրով Հարությունյանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ այդպիսով երկրում կձևավորվի կառուցողական երկխոսության մթոնոլորտ: «Նախագահը չի թաքցնում այն, որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների շուրջ պետք է ձևավորվի հնարավորինս մեծ հանրային կոնսոլոդացիա: Նա փորձում է հասկանալ նաև իր ընդդիմադիրներին և, ինչու ոչ, ազդել նրանց քաղաքական դիրքորոշումների վրա` հաշվի առնելով իր փորձն ու դիտարկումները: Սա պետության ղեկավարին հատուկ քայլ է: Իզուր չէ, որ ՀՀ նախագահի հետ հանդիպումից հետո քաղաքական ուժերը, որոնք ունեին հակասություններ այս կամ այն հարցի շուրջ, մտորում են իրենց դիրքորոշումների շուրջ, քանի որ ՀՀ նախագահը համոզիչ փաստարկներ է բերում և ունի մարդկանց հետ շփվելու, համոզելու հատուկ ձիրք»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը:
