Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները ազգի դավաճանություն են ու հանցագործություն ժողովրդի դեմ: Նման գնահատականի արժանացրեց քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցը իշխող կուսակցության նախաձեռնությամբ իրականացվող սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները: «Կարդալով Սահմանադրական փոփոխության նախնական տեքստը՝ տպավորություն ես ստանում, որ դա թխած թուղթ է, որը պարզապես հայերեն է թարգմանվել՝ այն էլ շատ արագ կերպով»,- ասաց նա:

Ըստ քաղաքագետի՝ սահմանադրական փոփոխություններն ավելի շուտ դրսից իջեցված պատվեր են Հայաստանին: «Հավանաբար, այս գործընթացը պարտադրված է մեր իշխանություններին: Ըստ իս՝ սա հերթական փորձն է գցել Հայաստանը Եվրամիության խորքերը: Եթե չստացվեց առաջին սցենարը` սկզբից տնտեսապես էին ցանկանում մեզ ներգրավել իրենց շարքերը, իսկ հիմա արդեն այլ կերպ են գործում բոլոր փոփոխություններն ու իրենց ուզած ձեւակերպումները փորձում են իրականացնել ըստ սահմանադրության: Պարզապես կասեմ, որ սա վատ հոտ ունեցող եվրագենդերային Սահմանադրություն է լինելու»,- հայտարարեց վերջինս:

Հարցին, թե արդյոք ընդդիմադիր կոչվող ուժերը բողոքի ալիք կբարձրացնեն՝ կապված սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հետ, քաղաքագետը նկատեց, թե ինչու պետք է բողոքի ակցիա սկսվի: «Ամեն ինչ կլինի նորմալ, քանի որ արեւմտամետ ուժերը կուրախանան Սերժ Սարգսյանի ընդունած որոշումով: Դա իրենց ուզածն է: Մենք այսօր չունենք քաղաքական ուժ, որը խիստ հակաարեւմտամետ է: Չգիտեմ մի կուսակցություն կամ հասարակական շարժում, որը հետեւողականորեն քայլեր կձեռնարկի մեկ տարվա ընթացքում, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն արեւմտամեդ քաղաքականության դեմ»,- ասաց նա:

Քաղաքագետը պնդում է, որ այս ամենի մեջ, միանշանակ, ԱՄՆ-ի մատն է խառը: «Օրինակ՝ ես չգիտեմ կուսակցություն կամ հասարակական շարժում, որը կֆինանսավորվի Պարսկաստանի, Չինաստանի կամ Ռուսաստանի կողմից: Իսկ այսօր մենք ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից ստեղծված կուսակցություն ունենք, որը նույնիսկ պատգամավորական մանդատներ ունի, էլ ինչո՞ւ պետք է ընդդիմանան ու ձայն հանեն: Այս պարագայում ամեն ինչ պարզ է ու հասկանալի, թե որտեղից են փչում քամիները»,- հավելեց նա:
