Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը ապօրինի որոշում է կայացրել՝ երկարացնելով Արա Բուդաղյանի կալանքի ժամկետը: Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 31-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է Արա Բուդաղյանի փաստաբան Հայկ Ալումյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, Արա Բուդաղյանի վերաբերյալ քննիչը չի ներկայացրել որեւէ փաստարկ, որեւէ նյութ, ապացույց, որ Արա Բուդաղյանը, մնալով ազատության մեջ, կարող է թաքնվել քննությունից, կարող է խոչընդոտել քննությանը կամ կատարել որեւէ հանցանք: «Չնայած դրան՝ Կենտրոնի դատարանը ոչ միայն հուլիսի 5-ին կալանավորեց Արա Բուդաղյանին, այլ նաեւ երկարացրեց հետագայում երկու ամսով նրան կալանքի տակ պահելու ժամկետը: Քննիչը պարտավոր էր ներկայացնել Արա Բուդաղյանի առնչությունը այդ հանցագործությանը հաստատող որոշակի, գոնե նվազագույն ապացույցներ, որը քննիչի կողմից այդպես էլ մինչեւ հիմա չի արվել»,- նշել է փաստաբանը՝ արձանագրելով, որ կալանքը երկարացնելու դատավարության ժամանակ քննիչը ներկայացրել է առերեսման արձանագրություն ոչ թե Բուդաղյանի, այլ երկու ուրիշ անձանց մասնակցությամբ:

«Դատարանը կայացրել է ստանդարտ որոշում, որը նույնպես իրավունք չուներ»,- նշել է Ալումյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատարանում կալանքի միջնորդությունները չմերժելու արատավոր ավանդույթ է ձեւավորվել: 

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի եւ նրա ուղեկիցների նկատմամբ 2015թ. մայիսի 20-ին ժամը 18:15-ի սահմաններում հրազենի գործադրմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ իրականացվող նախաքննության ընթացքում ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մարմինների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում, նշված հանցագործությանն առնչակից լինելու կասկածանքով, հուլիսի 3-ին, ձերբակալվել են ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ Գարեն Ռոմիկի Աթաջանյանը, Հենրիկ Շահենի Ավագյանը եւ Գորիս քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ Վիտալի Վլադիմիրի Մինասյանը եւ Արա Էմիլի Բուդաղյանը: Արա Բուդաղյանը Սյունիքի մարզպետի տան մոտ սպանված Ավետիքի ու վիրավորված գնդապետ Արտակ Բուդաղյանի եղբայրն է:
