Այս ռմբապաստարանը (բունկեր) կառուցվել է Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի տարիներին՝ 1942թ.:

Բրիտանիան ձգտում էր ամրացնել իր պաշպանունակությունը ու կառուցում էր նման ռմբապաստարաններ, որպեսզի իր քաղաքացիներին պաշտպանի նացիստական բանակի հարձակումներից:
