Իրականում զարմանալի երկիր է Հայաստանը, ուր ամեն ինչ մի տեսակ այլ է, որն իրականում ոչ մի կապ չունի աշխարհում տեղի ունեցող որևէ զարգացման հետ:

Թվում է, թե օրենսդրական դաշտում օրենքների պակաս չունենք, բայց երբ գործ ենք ունենում ցանկացած ոլորտ կարգավորող օրենքների հետ, պարզվում է, որ այդ դաշտն այնքան սինթետիկ է, որ որտեղից ձգես, հանգիստ կձգվի և ինչ էլ փնտրես, անպայման կգտնես: Միայն Հայաստանում է, որ կրթության ոլորտի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները չեն վստահում իրենց ենթակայությամբ աշխատող կառույցներին և երբ հերթը հասնում է իրենց երեխաներին, ընտրում են կա´մ արտերկրի այս կամ այն ուսումնական հաստատությունը, կա´մ «վատագույն» դեպքում՝ տեղի ամենա-ամենան: Միայն Հայաստանում է, որ առողջապահության ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները հետազոտություն անցնելու կամ բուժում ստանալու համար մեկնում են արտասահման՝ հավանաբար կրկին չվստահելով սեփական, հայրենի առողջապահական հաստատությունների մատուցած ծառայությունների որակին: Միայն Հայաստանում է, որ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները կարող են «պարզ ճակատով» հայտարարել, որ իրենց միլիոնները միայն ու միայն «օդից» են գոյանում, իսկ «օդակաթիլային» ճանապարհներն իրենց հետ կապ չունեն: Միայն Հայաստանում է, որ այս կամ այն երկրից մեծահարուստ են գտնում, դհոլ-զուռնայով համագործակցության հրավիրում, խորոված-քյաբաբով ու Գառնի-Գեղարդով ապշեցնում, հիացնում, համոզում, որ երկրում ներդրումներ կատարեն:

Բայց շատ չանցած՝ նույն այդ ներդրողների գումարները տույժերի ու տուգանքների ձևով ներմուծում են սեփական «երկրի» բյուջե, հայրենասեր-բարերար-գործարարի գրպանները մի լավ դատարկում ու հետո առանց հրաժեշտ տալու հետ են ճանապարհում իր երկիր: Եվ ամենացնցողը՝ միայն Հայաստանում է, որ մեծ շնաձկներին թողած մանր ու միջին չինովնիկների մակարդակում 40-50 հազար դրամի ձախ եկամուտ ստանալու փաստը՝ կաշառքը, կոռուպցիոն երևույթի բացահայտում են որակում և դեռ մի բան էլ մամուլում աղմուկ-աղաղակ բարձրացվում, թե տեսեք՝ կառավարությունը ինչքան լավ է կոռուպցիայի դեմ է պայքարում:

Միայն Հայաստանում է, որ համաշխարհային նավթադոլարային վայրիվերումները չեն կարող ազդել երկրիս «կայունության» ու տնտեսական «աճի» տեմպերի վրա: Կարևորը թղթի վրա կոնկրետ թվերի տեսքով կոնկրետ տնտեսական առանջընթաց ցույց տալն է, իսկ իրականությունը հայրենի երկրի ղեկավարների համար ինչպես ասում են՝ լիրիկայի ժանրից է:

Սա է Հայաստանը, որն իրոք ուրիշ է, գրքերում՝ դրախտավայր, իսկ իրականում՝ այնքան կրեատիվ, գրավիչ ու մոգական, որ կարողանում է ապշեցնել անգամ աշխարհի ապագայի կանխատեսումներով զբաղվող շատ մտածողների:
