Տավուշում ադրբեջանական կրակոցների հետևանքով քաղաքացիների գույքի վնասման փաստերի առթիվ հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր

 Տավուշի մարզի դատախազի որոշմամբ, հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր՝ հրկիզման, պայթյունի կամ հանրավտանգ այլ եղանակով, ազգային, ռասայական կամ կրոնական ատելության կամ կրոնական մոլեռանդության շարժառիթով ուրիշի գույքը դիտավորությամբ վնասելու դեպքերի առթիվ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր ատախազությունից:

2015թ-ի սեպտեմբերի 3-ին` ժամը 19.30-ից մինչև 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 4-ի ժամը 03.00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով ուրիշի գույքը հանրավտանգ  եղանակով վնասելու մտադրությամբ, ինքնությունը չպարզված անձանց կողմից ադրբեջանական մարտական հենակետերից մարտական զենքերից կրակոցներ արձակելու արդյունքում Տավուշի մարզի Ոսկեպար գյուղի բնակիչներ Մ. Հ. Ալավերդյանին և Վ. Թ. Մանուչարյանին պատճառվել է զգալի չափի գույքային վնաս: Տավուշի մարզի դատախազի որոշմամբ, փաստերի առթիվ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի  185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերի  հատկանիշն երով հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր: Նախաքննություն կատարելու համար քրեական գործերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ ՔԿ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:

2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 2-ի ժամը 19.10-ից մինչև 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 3-ի ժամը 23.00- ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով ուրիշի գույքը ոչնչացնելու մտադրությամբ ինքնությունը չպարզված անձինք ադրբեջանական մարտական հենակետերից մարտական զենքերից կրակոցներ արձակելու միջոցով հրկիզել են Տավուշի մարզի Կոթի և Մովսես գյուղերի բնակիչներ Շ. Ա. Հարությունյանին, Վ. Ս. Ջանվելյանին և Վ. Ս. Գրիգորյանին պատկանող գույքը, ինչի հետևանքով քաղաքացիներին պատճառվել է զգալի չափի գույքային վնաս:

Քաղաքացիներին պատկանող գույքը հրկիզման միջոցով ոչնչացնելու փաստերիի առթիվ, Տավուշի մարզի դատախազի որոշմամբ, ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր: Նախաքննություն կատարելու համար՝ քրեական գործերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ ՔԿ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
